Overall the apartment complex is fairly quiet which is a bonus. When i needed something fix the maintenance crew was fairly quick to get things resolved. I did have mailbox issues and could not receive mail and still to this day do not receive mail even after i filled out the paper work. I however did not enjoy the price of the apartment complex especially for a one bedroom apartment and did not like how the apartment felt like i was stuck in the 1990s. I will be more inclined to pay the price of a one bedroom that i am paying now if the apartment was more modernized. Also i did not like how we were required to purchase spectrum cable.
