The office staff is not very accommodating. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you away. They do not address your concerns and do not work with you on anything. The maintenance staff are very kind and professional. The failures are the office staff and management.

The grounds are nice and the neighborhood is convenient. I did have my vehicle vandalized. I also found someone break into my vehicle. I have also had and continue to have noisy neighbors above me. I do not think that the noise is on purpose. It seems that the building is old and I heard every step they make above me, as if it is stomping and not walking.

The Rent increases too much every year. In order to keep tenants longer, rent should be only moderately increased and possibly not at all. This would help retain tenants and you a great reputation for retention. Rent is higher than the local competition.
