Way too expensive and the office staff suck. I hate it here. Rents too high Office staff always ignore you. They never answer the phone They charge too much for valley trash Screw that I can take out my own at my convenience. Smart technology sucks and is why they are jacking up everybody's rent at least $300 a month. They force you to pay for cable and they aren't giving us a good deal like they claim. I hate it here. ---- MAA

Rents high for the amount of space I have and the electric is almost 3 times what I paid at my last apartment. I'd rather not pay for valet trash and be forced to buy cable. I'm an internet guy. Otherwise it's a nice property and staff is cool.
