Rude, Uncaring Management

The grounds are generally nice, although the pools are always nasty. The maintenance guys love mowing the grass and weed-eating at 7am on Saturdays and Sundays. The water bill is very high, always over $40. Sometimes they bill us twice. I have never in my life seen ruder, less competent office managers. When someone parked their car in front of our garage for 3 days, they told us it was our problem, not theirs. But when I parked my motorcycle right next to an empty parking lot, they threatened to tow it. They´ve lost several of our packages. One was missing for 2 weeks before they found it. Everytime I go in there for anything, their first response is to give dirty looks and talk down to you. They start off rude and it goes downhill from there. I´ve had maintenance come in 4 times to fix a leak in the laundry room, but all they do is paint over the water damage. They lied to us about the size of our garage and the layout of the apartment when we moved in, then denied it and called us liars afterwards. <br> <br>In any other business, these people would have been fired long ago for incompetence and gross negligence. I can´t wait for my lease to be up.
