I like the community will. The main office ppl are considerate. Maintenance ppl work hard. The grounds themselves are not the best when I walk my dog there is loose trash everywhere. Inside and outside the fence. They care for the space up close the gate, but not anywhere else. The gate works well accept I can't let anyone in cause my phone number isn't connected to my gate#. The fencing itself rusted in many spots. The new doggy park needs big gaps filled with something other then dirt to keep dogs in. Yes it is up to the dog's person to watch them, but really not to many will with their phones in their hands. I have wind sound blowing in my sliding door. I just can't find the leak in the door to tell maintenance. The monthly cost of the place after being here for 3 years and the inflation of the nation, is way to expensive. We just didn't have time look cause of personal issues. So we had to resign a new lease. They told us that the price was $100 more cause it was based on the other apartments in the area. That didn't mean that you should gouge your tenants. I think that raising prices on your current tenants is wrong. Oh, yes they want to upgrade the apartments now to "smart" apartments. So now they are going to raise rent again!!

It's fine. We have a roof over our heads. There doesn't seem to be any issues to live there. I do have an issue when maintenance say something is don't and it's not. To me that's them not wanting to do the job. I don't know if they are short handed but the grounds are often trashy behind the apartments but visible from the road. They gates have been open since the freeze in February. So the security of the grounds isn't good. Thank you
