So far so goodl No complaints at this time. The office staff and crew try to accommodate our needs as residents as soon as possible. The safety and overall upkeep here at our property is quite good. The office recently changed the type of code available to the entry gate by which we do not use a GENERIC CODE which is a lot safer. We do appreciate the extra measure of security,

So far so good. The entire staff attempts to address any issues ASAP, though sometimes there is a breakdown in communication between the staff, maintenance & vendor especially when a third party has to be included for the work, ie, garage, roof, etc.

Our overall living experience at MAA BC has been great. In the past we had a minor misunderstanding with one of the maintenance guys along the lines of respect and communication barrier. But all has been well since that issue was sorted out.

So far, so good. The office staff is courteous, professional and approachable. The living experience here to date has been great. We really like it here and do not plan on leaving any time soon. Great chemistry between the staff.
