Management: <br>My husband and I have lived here for 18 months and will be moving out at the end of our lease for no other reason than the new management team. They are unfriendly, rude, uncompromising and some seem to be on a power trip. They will not work with you on anything. You have a complaint? Tough.They tell you it happens this way at every apartment complex. You miss paying rent by a day for whatever reason (emergencies, holidays)? Tough. Pay the market value plus the late fee. I have never noticed a management change until this last one. It is not worth the extremely low rates they will give you to sucker you into living here. They will do whatever it takes to get you here, but believe me, you get what you pay for. Do not expect to be treated as a respected tenant here. It doesn´t happen. <br>Personal experience: <br>In all the time we´ve lived here, we have never once been late on our rent payment. Last month, however, there was a holiday and we didn´t pay on the first. Our fault, yes, we should have put it in the drop box but were counting on the usual 3 day grace period. We were informed that that no longer exists and in no uncertain terms we would pay the market value plus late fees. An increase of $200. You would expect a new management team to want happy tenants and to have a basic knowledge of how to do good business. Nope. Basically they said to suck it up. We paid and turned in our notice to vacate at the same time. They turned right around and asked us what it would take to keep us here! DUH! They STILL refused to waive the fee. <br> <br>Grounds: <br>Wonderful landscaping but you will hear it being tended starting around 8am. I have never stepped in dog poop, but there are many tenants here with large breed dogs who bark at all hours. <br> <br>Gates: <br>Have never worked, which really wasn´t an issue for us, but now that they´ve "fixed" them visitors cannot get in using home telephone directory. The back gates and some access doors around the property have been chained shut, so there is only one way in and out. The gates that do work will hit your car if you´re not fast enough. As soon as they open, they close. <br> <br>Noise: <br>Aside from the early morning lawnmowing and dog problem, we´ve had no problems. We do live on the third floor, however. <br> <br>Other: <br>We´ve had no experience with the workout facilities and they´re have been no community activities to speak of. The business center in non-existant. No monitor, copying, printing etc. <br> <br>This just isn´t a great place to live and it stems from the poor management of this property. Hopefully someone new will come in soon. <br> <br> <br>
