The worst place I've ever lived!!!

The staff act very nice to you, but nothing ever gets accomplished! The maintenance is the WORST! They take months to come fix things that are broken. They promised a clean apartment and it was dirty when we moved in. Everything started falling apart after we moved in. The door frames to the bedrooms and bathrooms are coming off (they still have not fixed them). The faucets in the bathrooms leak constantly. The shower head in the masterbath leaks too; even though the maintenance guy came out and "fixed" it. I know they are going to blame all the problems on us and we probably won't get our deposit back. There are bugs everywhere too; spiders, ants, and now there are even roaches! The floors are very thin because it sounds like an elephant every time the people above us walk. When we moved in, we tried hooking up the washer, but the connection was broken. It took them a few days to get to it. The front door sticks badly and is hard to open. The guest bedroom had a broken window and that took them over a month to get to and it was during summertime! The gated access was broken for months. The pool and hot tub are always filthy and then in late July, they shut down the pool completely and didn't re-open it until September! They said it was to fix the pool. Well, I went by it everyday and nobody was ever working on the pool! It was taking too long, so I kept asking about the pool and received the same response. Then after they opened it up, I asked one last time what they were fixing because I never saw anyone go near the pool. The manager said they were fixing a problem outside of the pool. It wasn't even anywhere near the pool itself, but had to do with the pool. So, they closed down the pool during the hottest month and for basically nothing! At night, neighbors throw loud parties at the pool. They drink, spit in the pool, and pee on the ground around the pool, so indecent exposure is a big problem. The fitness center is horrible too, the weight machine is always broken and the water jug almost never works. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is by far, the worst place I have ever lived!!!
