Inadequate upkeep and poor service

I have lived at Avery Pointe for three years and in 2005 the grounds and facilities were kept up and items were serviceable. In the last three years the upkeep and management has plummeted to new lows. They have not fixed exterior building lights, nor have they ever cleaned the bugs out of them. The sprinkler system looks like geyser city and that has been that way for three years. The building shutters are falling off the sides of the buildings and the ones that have not fallen are rotted out. The gutters have fallen off the buildings and never been fixed so when it rains expect a shower. Trash is abundant around the property and there are an inadequate number of dog waste stations and the bags are empty for much of the time and thus pet waste is not picked up. Many of the hallway ceilings are rotted out and wasps nests are throughout the ceiling areas. Overall this is not the place you want to rent!
