Don't do it

This apartment has the potential to be good, management just needs to step up and put a lot of money into them. It's VERY loud and the quality of tenants seems to be heading further and further south. I've lived here for two years. When I first moved in my apartment had been painted but that was all. I had to clean it top to bottom after notifying the complex several times. The railings outside are coming off the walls, my bedroom ceiling leaked over a period of two years (4 maintenance calls and wasn't fixed). Maintenance is awful and things break quite frequently. Right now the toilet in my bathroom feels like it is going to fall through the floor and is crooked; something that still has not been fixed since I moved in. The staff tells you what you want to hear, but nothing actually happens. The gated security is gives you a false sense of security because half the time it is broken, the other half people just wait for you to go in and then follow in behind you. I do not recommend these apartments.
