Good Place

I think that many of the complaints on here are isolated ones. My husband and I have lived here since our child was an infant, and we have had to complain about little things that do take forever to get fixed. However, both of the times our AC acted up we had maintenance out here that day. Once even at 9 pm on a Sunday! There are a lot of residents here and when your AC goes out on the first hot day what do you expect? We have had tiles fall out in the tub recently and it never gets fixed, but they just switched mgmt so hopefully they will be more attentive. The garbage goes every MWF. People who live here should stop being slobs and get their trash in the bin and not just throw it from a car window. Perhaps if the people who lived here were more polite, it would be a better place. We have made friends with all of our neighbors even though we all could not be more different from one another. For the price it is a good place to live. The residents should just start acting like adults and take care of the place. Pick up your dog poop. Quit speeding through the parking lot. Play your music softly to yourself, or get some headphones.
