The new management team is trying hard to clean up this place. The new paint job looks great, and the new carpet on the hallways was greatly needed. The maintenance team is doing a great job, they seem to answer work orders at a steady pace, and the are honest people.
I alo love it when they have "Breakfast Days" at the gate and the entire team offers brown bags to the residents. Feels great to see people working together. Keep it up guys!!!
I think we just need to work together to make sure that "bad neighbors" don't stick around. Managements should keep asking for Background Checks. And "we" as neighbors need to report noisy and dirty neighbors to the office so they can keep track of these issues and kick them out. The new signs for crime preventions are excellent, and the gates have been fixed- Thumbs Up!
The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the appliances. Some of them are very old and falling apart. But overall not a bad place to live. Bad people are the ones who ruin things for others. Hope this review helps!!!
