Don't waste your time OR money.

I have lived in apartments since I have been on my own, and these are the most poorly run that I have ever seen. Sure the outside looks ok, and I love the apartment..minus the office staff and maintenance. When I first pulled up here and looked, all the women in the office were so friendly and eager to help and answer all of my questions, right up until it was actually time to sign the lease. The first 2 months I lived there, there were two different occasions when the water would be turned off for 8 hours or more! And without a notice!! Then, when I would call to ask when it should be turned back on, I either got an irritated "soon" or not an answer at all. The parking was horrible, and the dumpsters were ALWAYS overflowing. I felt like I lived in a dump at times. There was always vandalism and loud music. On another note, when I first moved into the apartment, I noticed my oven was not heating like it should. I had to "put in a work order" to have my oven looked at. It took 2 and a half days for anyone to even look at my oven. I was told it was fine. I still continued having problems with it. When it should only take an oven 12 to 15 minutes to cook a frozen pizza, it would take mine almost an hour! I put in another "work order"...5 days passed. I then called it took another 2 days for someone to come out and say the EXACT SAME THING. I had to use my toaster oven almost the whole time I lived there. But like I said I loved the layout of the apartment, but when I'm lying in bed reading a book, I could always here my neighbors (next to me and below me). I believe if better management were to take over, these apartments would have a better reputation. My mistake was NOT reading the ratings. Take this into consideration. I would MUCH RATHER pay a little more money for a better staff.
