Do not let them fool you

I lived there for over 3 years from 2004 to 2008. When I signed my first lease I was really impressed by the attention and the kindness the management showed me. What a fool !!! Once I signed my lease I became a number. Maintenance was late, management was rude, the rent was significantly going up every time i had to renwe the lease, while service and benefit were going down. The best was reached when i had to move to Georgia. I had one of the manager walking thru the apartment with me and she told me everythig was fine and i should receive my deposit money back in the mail, when i asked for a copy of the inspection they told me they did not complete any form. One month later, while i was trying to rent a place in Atlanta, I discover I was flagged by the avery point management because I owned them money. They had a walk out form where were reported damage to the place so that not only they did not have to refund me my deposit but I even had to pay them 200$... The only suggestion i can give you about this place is : RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
