Let me add yet another poor review

I was new to Ft. Worth and needed an apartment quickly, since I only had corporate housing for a month. Unfortunately, I made the huge mistake of picking Avery Point. Issues listed below:<br><br>- As mentioned by others, looks nice from the outside. Clearly all the money spent in building was spent on the outside. The inside is built with extermely cheap materials.<br><br>- Consistent ceiling leakage. Both the bathroom and living ceiling are prone to wet spots and leaking plumbing. The bathroom especially, since leakage was such a problem and resulted in dripping on to the floor. After having maintenance "fix" the leak twice, I gave up after it was clear the only thing they were doing was just patching and not adressing the root cause.<br><br>- Alarm system. Worthless and prone to breakage.<br><br>- Staff rude and unprofessional.<br><br>- Only one dumpster that is only periodically emptied.<br><br>- Avoid at all costs!
