I not a bitter past tenant, there are just some basics that you hope for when paying a large sum of money. This was my first experience with apartments and I wanted something cost efficient. The staff could not remember who I was even though I had just seen them with problems 2 days in a row and I was in contact with them often. They would just have blank stares. One even tried to get me to sign up for a new apartment. Our electric bill was considerably high- so don't stay on the third floor if you take a chance on them. I spoke with a second floor resident and they stated the same that thier electric was higher than other places they had lived. The pipes would shake and make horrible sounds when you showered. The water turned off on more than 3 occassions as I showered. I went 2 days with no hot water. The outside gutter for rain drainage was left hanging off the roof- making the place look cheap and crappy. Also, there was a trash can that looked to have been set on fire that stayed for days looking very cheap. They were told on more than one occassion. Only to tell me that they were working on it. This is after 3-4 weeks. If you call with issues they had no resolutions and if they told you that they would call you back - you could forget it being the day they said it would happen. Don't take their word for contract infomation have them point it out to you and write it down and signed. We went in and were told that we could choose to leave and given a date as our last day, but when we came in to request to leave they told us we had been misinformed or misheard, therefore we were stuck to stay longer.Share This Review
