These aparments are owned by a penney pinching tightwod completely clueless older couple who should have sold the place years ago and havent a clue how to properly run it. They will never have a good management team because they are too hands on. The best thing is to never lease here. And to answer the post written on 1/15/06, the walls and floors are paper thin. If you have someone living above you it is the most miserable experience you can ever imagine IN YOUR LIFE!!!! You hear every step, every movement sounds like they are coming through the roof! So vacumning, treadmills and simple footsteps are a constant nuisance to just watching t.v. or trying to sleep, as well as suffering leaks in your apartment coming from everyone else's apartments ruining all YOUR belongings. They are extremely unfair when it comes to rent, and simply cannot be nice. The only nice thing is the curbside trash pick up. They have enlisted a scam artist towing company that charges $250.00 for towing cars the first 12 hours then the fee goes up each hour. Two women sit in the parking lot and watch for cars who may just be parking temporarily in the striped zones or handicapped spaces then the truck will come quickly and tow your car immediately. This is their answer to their inadequate parking space. This place has a terrible reputation for going through management and being very rude. LEASE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!
