Trivest management, I sued and won!
I had to sue these apartments. I sued a manager because I was advised to do so, but the management company (Trivest Residential) paid the bill. Obviously, they were responsible. The manager I sued was named Ashley Callahan and one of the owners of Trivest Residential is Ron K. Taylor.
I was seven months pregnant when my apartment flooded. That was only the last straw. It started with standing water and algae in the back yard, dog feces all over the property, a filthy swimming pool and chemical residue and cigarette burns all over my carpet when I moved in! I have photos!
They said they would fix this stuff and never, ever followed up. Then when my apartment flooded, I was told to "Live in it". They did all they legally had to do!
It was disgusting and I had mildew in the apartment when I left. I was very pregnant and forced to move because it was disgusting. It took me about 21 days to legally sever my lease on the grounds of; Failure to disclose ownership, Failure to remedy repairs that are of an immediate threat to health and safety and Failure to return deposit in full within 30 days. They only paid part of the deposit back and then paid another part after I filed the lawsuit. But to this day they owe me money. By law they owe me money and they are still jacking me around.
Whoever said to cut them some slack.. you should update your records. If any amount of time has gone by... I bet the review is brand new.
Check out thinwallstalk.com
If you are stuck with these people, I may be able to give you information that can help you.Share This Review
