Kind of Scaery

Right after signing a lease agreement here and before moving in, I ran across this sight and was shocked. <br>I just couldn't believe it could be all that bad. OH MY...<br> <br>ITS ALL TRUE!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE STORY!<br><br>Ever since driving up with the furniture to unload it has been nothing but trouble. A little of each of the past stories .<br><br>I am the type---"if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything at all", but, but, but..ummm zipping my mouth shut! Cant go into every detail, this web page isn't big enough.<br><br>I don't find that it is as much management or mainteance that is the problem, its owners of the property. In the end if they don't know how to run/own property like this, then sell to someone that "knows" the business and can budjet management and maintenance correctly so they can do their job. All problems falls back on the owners. <br><br>I do have to say the lead Maintenance Man does his best! He is deticated, and polite! He is always working, late evenings, weekends---hats off to you Angel.<br><br>Signed:<br>Stuck for 8 more months.<br>
