This 1 bedroom, I have lived in since 2015, but have lived here at the complex since 2008. This 1 bedroom, I have had a lot of maintenance work done on it, mainly plumbing problems. I find the office staff is very slow in answering any texts I send. I usually have to go to the office, or keep calling. I am partially handicapped so going to the office is a discomfort.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are on point with their incredible customer service. The property is always upkept and great for taking your dog to the well illuminated gated park on property.

The management team as well as maintenance are friendly and efficient. They enforce the rules of the complex and it is obvious they care. The grounds are neat and clean. The dumpsters sometimes overflow but they do get dumped and maintained. I have always felt safe.

I moved here about 11 years ago. The Apts were very clean and quiet. The pool area is beautiful. It is shadded and very clean. The maintenance men came and did great work in my apt. They were very kind and clean. Thank you guys!

The move-in process was terrible. First, they pushed my move-in back a week. Then the manager tried to get me to sign that I didn't see any mold or bed bugs in the apartment before she let me in. The toilet was broken, water dripped on my head when I sat on the toilet due to a clog in the A/C pipes. It took 1.5 months to fix that. There was a cup of paint sitting outside the apartment when I moved in and there are still places on the walls that didn't get painted. The patio screen door was broken when I moved in and, although I've reported it twice, has been marked as complete even though it's still there and broken. Besides that, the management and maintenance teams are great. They're very responsive and helpful. It's just clear they didn't have time to fix the apartment before I moved in.

There has been multiple drive by shootings since moving in November. It is now the end of May and pool is still not open. Everyone I know has had their pools open since March. Mario and maintence team is wonderful. The issues with the apartments themselves is that the air units are not working well even with a brand new unit.

Overall it's a quiet community, only issue is limited free parking, and it sucks when certain neighbors prefer to use up the free parking than their covered designated parking especially on weekends and night. But overall it's a great neighborhood.

I moved here from out of state for a year for school. I enjoy the staff and maintenance, they are always quick to respond. Everything is maintained nicely, the pools are fun, and these apartments cost significantly less than where my fellow classmates are staying. You're right next to a really nice park, walmart, food options, and the traffic into the middle of FTW for the morning + away for the evening is never terrible as opposed to the opposite ways. You can tell these apartments aren't brand new, you're not going to get the super modern and fancy stuff that other ones closer to downtown newly built, but your rent is also like $700-1300 cheaper, and that was more important to me. Since they aren't newly built they do have some problems like I had my faucets leak + AC leak, but they were here either that day or the next to fix them. The covered parking spots are an added bonus + the package delivery lockers have always worked well for me. The workout room is smaller than a gym but bigger than what you could have at your own home.

I have been satisfied with my apartment and with all the amenities included in my resident package. The building managers have been helpful and friendly. During my times of duress when frozen pipes caused difficulties, the staff was prompt and helpful. My only complaint is that sometimes one of the trash cans cannot be opened. When the trash can with the sliding door is full, and the other one is closed, people tend to sit their trash on the ground.Also when children are sent to take the trash out, many of them are not tall enough, or strong enough to reach over their heads to deposit large trash bags. I'm speaking about the trash cans near building 6. Thank you.

Some things have changed for the better such as; more pet waste locations, exercise room, dog park, and package box center. The things that are not so good are: security, the trash over fills and makes the property look horrible, the PLUMBING in my unit is horrible, the communication from the staff is not so great or friendly, and I have been here for a long time with old carpet. When I moved in the carpet wasn't new and when I asked it was a rent up charge and I would have to move my own furniture. The apartments does have pantry space and the rent is constantly increasing with no upgrades. However, I do love the floor plan of my apartment.

I feel safe and repairs seem to be done on a timely basis. I don't think I'm getting value for the cost that keeps rising. Inside older with very few updates in appliances. Can be very trashy around on the grounds and trash bins get ridiculous.

It's been a fair experience. The downside is maintenance man Carlos participating in ongoing case of harassment. There have been other tenants to participate in such harassment as well. They are enabling Charles Reindorf as possible tenant at a different property.

There is plenty to do nearby whether walking or a short drive. The community is clean. Pretty quiet at night. I haven't had an issue in the 1st month. Maintenance is prompt when I have needed something fixed.

I'm not satisfied with the pet owners not cleaning up after their animals. I don't like the appearance of the apartments with ac window units. I don't like the fact that my rent increased $100 this year on renewal. Other than those things I have to complaints. The office and maintenance staff are nice and friendly. Due to the increase in rent we will probably move when the lease is up.

The apartment is beautiful they keep the grounds up. The Manager Lauren is fantastic. The only thing that I would say that need works, is the resident noise level and non- residents parking in our covered parking.

The apartment had gone down alot over the past couple of years. Lots of drug use in the apartments that can't be dealt with. People up late at nights yelling at eachother, the apartment having a tow company tow vehicles thay are unregistered even if they are the obmy vehicle being used by a single parent. They will threaten you with eviction and apartment violations cause you have a babysitter during the days you work. Overall not satisfied.

The community is nice management is good especially David, but the units could use reservations like restrooms and kitchens are out of date. Overall still a great place to stay with an affordable rent.
