The complex is extremely quick when it comes to getting maintenance requests fixed. I do feel as if I've had too many minor issues for the property to be so new. However, the issues have been minor and management and maintenance have been quick to resolve anything that I've needed. Its probably just growing pains.

The neighborhood is nice. The staff is efficient with alot of amenities that I was looking for. I enjoy have a two car garage for this is Texas and you never know how the weather could be at any given moment. Additionally, very close to the highway along with many things to do.

The community appeared great however we were not given a tour as we signed up and the townhouse was not available. The office seems nice and they had office for use, however this are things I found on my own because the person never stood up from his desk.

Just moved in about a week ago and it was such a smooth & pleasant process thanks to Whitney, the leasing consultant my husband and I had the pleasure of working with. It is very convenient to many shops and restaurants, though it is fairly noisy because of the race track being so close. Regardless, my husband and I and our pets were welcomed quickly to the community and have already met some friendly neighbors on our morning and evening walks! We are happy to call this community our home so far.

This community is the best decision I have made in a long time. The staff is responsive and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. The people who live here are so kind. When people visit me, they rave about how much they love it here. Parking has been an issue when the visitor pass is not completed, but now that I know the process, my guests are clear on how to register. I appreciate the protocols to keep our lots clear.

I've been here since June 2025. The community is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. I live close to the pool and I like that the pool is mean for relaxing and not for watersports and loud parties. Some people don't like that though, according to other reviews. Overall, I believe I picked the right place to live when I came back to TX.

From the first day we arrived, we were greeted by office staff and felt welcomed. The community was clean and well kept and the townhomes were appealing physically. The amenities are maintained and very nice and we loved that the property had garages and carports. Overall, it was a very smooth process and communication has been outstanding.

The community is exceptionally clean and welcoming, with a true "home" atmosphere (but with apartment amenities) that's rare to find at such affordable prices. My tour with Whitney was one of the nicest I've ever experienced.. she was informative, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me learn about the community. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which made my decision to apply an easy one. The amenities are everything you'd expect from a great apartment community, but it's the inviting environment and personal touch that really set this place apart.

It's been good, team is quick to respond and take care of needs and questions. I haven't had any issues while living here and have really enjoyed the experience and time spent here. My only complaint is the WiFi provided, it almost rarely works and speeds are incredibly slow being that it's included in the rent. This area should've been set up with fiber and that would make it stand out more amongst other townhome living areas.

It is above average. Here's a tip for you don't tell people how much they have to write when they're doing a survey. Be happy that somebody is actually doing the survey. Don't program your survey to have requirements, because then you will get people like me.

Seems to be falling apart. Was super nice when I moved in but unit was poor construction and now it's showing. I got in trouble for not breaking down a box on my porch but they lied about doing pest control and clearly lawn care.
