It's only been a week, but it's very quiet and clean. That makes me feel safe when looking for a home. I also like that the gate is always closed and you need access to get in. Also, the staff made the move in process go smoothly.

The community and employees have been very helpful. it has been the easiest move we have had. they arear is very nice and there are alot of enterainment around in walking distance. we are located on a busy hayway which is easy acces.

Best move decision I've ever made. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It truly feels like luxury because things are actually taken care of without needing to nag or remind them. I've never felt like a company cared so much. As long as they don't sell this property to someone else, I plan on staying here until I buy a house.

It's been nice and quiet. Very nice place. No real complaints so far. It's the closest thing to a real stand alone home that you can get without having to deal with the maintenance of a stand alone home.

We just moved into our new townhome at Collections Hunter Crossroads and so far we are absolutely in love!!! Everything from the application process to the actual move in itself has been very easy!!! The community is beautiful, and it feels more like "home". The amenities are beautiful and we can't wait to take advantage of them all. By far the best decision we've ever made moving here!!

We haven't been here very long, but so far the staff have been great, the house itself was almost perfect from day one, the internet wasn't activated for some reason in our unit but a single call had it fixed within an hour. Outside of that, the location is great and all of our neighbors that we have met are awesome.

Just moved in and so far the leasing agents have been awesome. These are brand new townhomes and the leasing office is always VERY busy. But they took the time to check in and my boyfriend and I while we had been waiting 6 weeks to get my dogs approved as ESA animals. If you have ESA animals it is a pain to get their 3rd party pet screening to approve your animals but if you don't have any ESA animals it take ~1 week to get the 3rd party to approve your animals. The move in discount we received was great, pool gym, package room etc are all nice clean and well taken care of. If I ever need to contact the leasing office I typically get in contact with someone on that call or within less than a day of a VM/email.
