Move Here!
Cailee has been such a great help since day one and was so patient with us helping us choose which unit we wanted. The application process was quick and easy as well. We love the area and are close to everything we may need. We hope we can buy a home before our son starts school, but if not this community is zoned for KISD. Feels very safe here and very friendly people live here. My dogs loves mingling with all of her new friends and loves to play fetch in the dog park. We would recommend anyone to move here!

Elan Keller Ranch has been so wonderful! From our tour, to signing our lease with Cailee, to our move in & all the days since, it has been exactly what we wanted in every way! It is such a quiet complex, unbelievably so. The staff is always doing awesome stuff for the residents.

This is my first apartment here in the U.S Of A. (United States of America) and is really loving the elan Keller ranch community. Staff is friendly and patient. Love the community And neighbors are real nice.

Beware of this place I left for holidays, and came back to things missing in my apartment. The heater door was locked when it was unlocked before. They said only maintenance has those keys. Which tells me they have came in without my permission. The office was not helpful. They pretty much didn't care. I had to put cameras up now. This is not a safe place to live for the cost.

My overall experience had been poor. High management turnover. Managers lost rent payments in December 2021 and contacted me 9 months later asking about it. Specifically, Amber Feliz (the latest manager) has been available only when it is convenient for her. They charged me for renter’s insurance for months before I realized it. I have continuously had a renter’s policy. The community is nice looking and had decent amenities, but the management is awful.

Worst apartment complex
Loud dogs, loud neighbors, loud cars, people with televisions on their balconies watching loud ESPN show at 5 am let’s not forget the horrible stench of weed. People have breeds here that are not allowed. The new manager never leaves her office, installed frosted glass over all her windows, and has shades pulled down over every piece of glass. None of the residents I’ve talked to have even seen her. Every time they go into the office she’s in there hiding with the door locked. Very unprofessional and weird place. When I moved in five months ago was greeted with a badly pissed stained toilet seat and dirty vents followed with misplacements of my check as well as the holding and cashing it late and accumulating late fees which they pick and choose what they can and won’t fix or remove i also had a blown breaker for 3 months nobody cared to answer the phone or be in office i was being charged twice for renters insurance by assurant and elan Keller ranch i also received somebody’s eviction notice in my apartment somebody’s private information! We rented at Elan Keller Ranch because we wanted to be in the Keller area. This wasn't our first choice of location, but we have no regrets so far. The staff are friendly and the maintenance crew are excellent.

25+ empty apartments for a reason

The new manager never leaves her office, installed frosted glass over all her windows and has shades pulled down over every piece of glass. Maybe she’s a vampire? None of the residents I’ve talked to have even seen her. Every time they go in the office she’s in there hiding with the door locked. One of the staff told me she hardly ever comes out and talks to them too. Really weird place. When we moved in six months ago our dishwasher and toilet were broken. Took maintenance a day to fix it. So for the first day we had to use the clubhouse bathroom. These people are all idiots and the place is filthy and not worth the money. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. It’s not safe with a child and anyone can come in the gates. The rules are not enforced, and I was discriminated against and singled out here. I had a slip and fall on the stairs and was harassed to keep silent

Other than maintenance we have absolutely nothing positive to say about our experience with Elan Keller. We have reneged from Grey star properties many times, not sure why they thought the management leaders were a good fit but neither Justin nor Lauren have been proficient or professional.

AVOID AT ALL COST
We signed a 15 month lease contract that has been a nightmare since the moment we came in. We rented a 2 bed/2 bath unit with an extended backyard area. We turfed the backyard space, put up lights and patio furniture with plants. The first tenants to move above us were younger college kids. It started with loud stomping at all hours of the day and night which we originally tried to resolve, and for awhile it was okay. Then the parties and large groups of people happened, when we called Justin the office Manager told us to call the on sight officer because loud hours after 10 were not okay. We called & called but no on sight officer would ever answer. At this point I was diagnosed with cancer & extremely sick & exhausted, coming home from the doctor and having to listen to the nonsense was too much. In the course of 11 months there were 118 emails sent to the office of videos with the noise coming from upstairs, pictures of dog hair and trash in our back yard area and at 2 points of time vomit all over our turf. '-The front office almost never picks up the phone. They want you to leave a message and then you might get a call back. -I believe the app is the best to get your questions answered. -Sheridan is the best rep, so ask for her.

Don’t move here. The expenses are not worth it at all. The staff never get back to you. Cars get broken into. Guest parking is so far away. Amenities are bad. Just an all around bad experience. Can’t wait to move out.

Great staff
Cailee has been fantastic. I came by 2x to look and when the right apartment came available, she informed me of the availability. The application and completing the lease process was smooth and communication was clear. Looking forward to living here. Have friends who already do and they love it. I think people don't leave enough reviews about the leasing process ... they only review after they move in. Hope this helps - the staff is great.

Elan Keller Ranch is a great community. The staff is awesome. I have really enjoyed my experience here since moving in back in August of 2022. I plan on staying here for awhile. The fitness room is the best I’ve came across in any apartment living community.

Surprises galore, but not the good kind.
This place has been SUCH a disappointment from the literal first day that I moved in. The place wasn't built well (as is the case for most new apartments in the area). There have been SEVERAL maintenance issues with my unit (most have been quickly resolved). But the part that is the MOST frustrating is how this place is managed. The manager disputes that there are "random" charges posted to our accounts, but this is simply just the case. Just so happened to check my portal yesterday (the 4th of the month) to see another surprise charge after my bills for the month have been paid in full. Literally every other apartment complex that I've lived in had the same charges every month (with the exception of water). Garbage? Same. Trash pickup? Same. Not here. Now throw in a "parcel locker fee". Is this relating to the AWFUL Fetch service this complex forces its residents to use? I have NEVER had so much headache while living in an apartment as I have while living here. Not even close. I will not be renewing my lease (as seems to be the case with everyone else that I have talked to).

Don’t Rent Here
The attached picture are what the garbage collection area looks like every Friday-Sunday and on most holidays because the people who run this place are too dopey to figure out how to collect garbage after two years. This place is really gross and mismanaged. You can come here Friday-Sunday like others have said and you’ll see the giant mountain of garbage spilling over into the parking lot. Also the “verified resident” who posted the review calling their apartment an “apartment home” is clearly a Greystar employee breaking this sites rules. That or it’s a resident who posted a review they gave them to post. Nobody here would call it “an apartment home” that’s just ridiculous. They had a meeting with the Fetch rep last week, I talked to several residents after and they all told me none of them are renewing their leases and several told me they’re exploring using constructive eviction to break their current leases over the maintenance and cleanliness issues here. below average. concerns were not addressed with urgency/concern. I was harassed by my neighbor 7 times and the police was called 5 times and it took 2 months for something to be done. ant infestation took a month to be resolved. trash butler service stinks up the living area...disgusting. walls/floors are paper thin

Don’t Get Trapped In A Lease Like Me
I am a single woman who got roped into a lease in this place when it started. Ever since the management team inexplicably changed the place has gotten bad. The things most residents will complain about are garbage and parking. The garbage is probably the worst thing of the two. Starting with the new managers garbage has been piling up into the parking lot areas of the property for months. I am a fairly tall gal and I’ve seen piles as big as me. It’s really pretty ridiculous a place like this can’t figure out how to do something basic like collect and remove garbage. There’s no choices here at all. You can’t get UPS, DHL or FedEx packages. You have to use this dumb service they charge you for. It’s the pits! They lose stuff all the time! My boyfriend visited me for NYE and got his car towed despite having a permit from Wyatt’s. No I would not recommend this place- these buildings are new and they have been purchased by another company, that there is a change in the management vehicles here are very loud and people are inconsiderate, rev their engines. The trash valet is spotty for a service I have to pay for- the no Christmas lights or Halloween lights to be placed is ridiculous- if its supposed to feel like a home than loosen the reigns a bit theyre lights not piles of garbage on the deck

It was okay at first but there are a lot of inconveniences of living here. Fetch often makes getting packages take much longer, especially during the holidays. And the parking for guests is ridiculous. I have had a guest get their car towed twice while being parked in the guest parking section and after filling out a permit. This is a bad experience for tenants who want to have guests over. I wouldnt recommend anyone move here.

Overall a decent experience. Good location. Terrible parking set-up. Do not know the new management so have no opinion on them, but the first manager (Justin) & staff were great. Although the apartment is new, its still cheaply made with cheap materials. Guess thats how most apartments are.

Our experience thus far at Elan Keller Ranch has been fantastic. The maintenance team is fast, the office staff is helpful, and the community is beautiful. We definitely would recommend this complex to anyone!
