However, the 3rd party vendors have failed horribly. Fetch lost a package and it took me a week and my asking before they would credit me. I have been here almost a month and its 6/24 and my trash unless its picked up tonight has NEVER been picked up because I live on the 3rd floor yet I am charged for it. We are not giving a choice to be charged or not be charged for services but the vendors are not being held to there contracts. Again Sheridan has been on top of it and tried very hard to resolve each issue and I applaud her for doing a great job.
Today, I went in to ask about my garage transfer and notice that Justin was working hard to program the gates. Yeah!!! When I asked how would our guest get in to visit he explained that our guest would have to get out of their cars; park behind the gates; go to the call box; find our names and then we would have to let them in; then walk to find the residents apartment. WOW!!!!!!!!
Management, people have family who are elderly; who have small kids or might have other conditions not to mention the weather conditions. We as residents pay a lot of money to live here to not be able to have visitors without all of the restrictions. Has this been explain to me prior to leasing I would not have leased. This officially makes me want to move and not renew when my term is up.
