My Fianc&eacute;e moved here from out of state and absolutely love the area and this apartment complex. The apartment was brand new when we moved it which was very nice being the first residents in our apartment. The front office staff were very accommodating and answered all of our questions which helped our transition into our home smooth and effortless. We absolutely love the fetch service that Elan Keller provides and the 24/7 gym! All the amenities  are very nice and are all brand new.  I highly recommend these apartments.

The attached picture are what the garbage collection area looks like every Friday-Sunday and on most holidays because the people who run this place are too dopey to figure out how to collect garbage after two years. This place is really gross and mismanaged. You can come here Friday-Sunday like others have said and youâ€™ll see the giant mountain of garbage spilling over into the parking lot. Also the â€œverified residentâ€� who posted the review calling their apartment an â€œapartment homeâ€� is clearly a Greystar employee breaking this sites rules. That or itâ€™s a resident who posted a review they gave them to post. Nobody here would call it â€œan apartment homeâ€� thatâ€™s just ridiculous. They had a meeting with the Fetch rep last week, I talked to several residents after and they all told me none of them are renewing their leases and several told me theyâ€™re exploring using constructive eviction to break their current leases over the maintenance and cleanliness issues here. Tuesday theyâ€™re having another pow wow with residents to get suggestions to fix the place - as if they couldnâ€™t just read the damn reviews here and know whatâ€™s wrong. As one or two others have said here - this place was way better before all the management switched. Whatâ€™s hilarious is they changed all the management but one woman - ironically the one most people donâ€™t like.

Donâ€™t Rent Here

We signed a 15 month lease contract that has been a nightmare since the moment we came in. We rented a 2 bed/2 bath unit with an extended backyard area. We turfed the backyard space, put up lights and patio furniture with plants. The first tenants to move above us were younger college kids. It started with loud stomping at all hours of the day and night which we originally tried to resolve, and for awhile it was okay. Then the parties and large groups of people happened, when we called Justin the office Manager told us to call the on sight officer because loud hours after 10 were not okay. We called & called but no on sight officer would ever answer. At this point I was diagnosed with cancer & extremely sick & exhausted, coming home from the doctor and having to listen to the nonsense was too much. In the course of 11 months there were 118 emails sent to the office of videos with the noise coming from upstairs, pictures of dog hair and trash in our back yard area and at 2 points of time vomit all over our turf. My husband had enough and went down there to which they told us to get a camera in our house because how did we know a random person wasnâ€™t walking past & vomiting on our turf they couldnâ€™t just blame the tenants above us. In the sit down meeting the tenants did admit to brushing their husky on their patio and the fur constantly blowing in our space. While continuing my care the new office manager had the nerve to tell my husband maybe an apartment wasnâ€™t for usâ€¦ well we moved here on short notice so I could get the care I needed and be close to my doctors, no one could buy a house on a whim in the market we have been in. It wasnâ€™t us being the issue it was this complex knowing they had done everything BUT their job and had truly dropped the ball on us as tenants. I have rented several places because my husbands job moved us around a lot, and never once have I had an issue anything close to this. We are in the last month of our lease and we now have new tenants above us, in 5 days we have once again had trash in our backyard & loud running and stomping through all hours of the night. Yesterday my plant tower was knocked over by their kids throwing a ball and all of my plants were broken or damaged except one cactus. One plant I had for 5 years that is now dead, I reached out in one last attempt for a resolution and instead it was them blaming the storm, which didnâ€™t happen till late in the evening. The picture is clearly in the day time and happened before the storm. Nothing is ever an issue they are willing to resolve. Itâ€™s unbelievable. Sheridan who was the longest leasing manger finally quit, Iâ€™m sure because she couldnâ€™t handle it any longer. Josh is head of maintenance and has been since day one. He is amazing and he will fix issues right away. Since moving in my brothers bathroom flooded from a leak and went into the carpet where we noticed mold. My sink had a pretty good crack on move in which they didnâ€™t seem concerned by. When we first moved in everyone had a severe ant issue and when we finally got pest out the guy sprayed a weird yellow foam to seal the space in the pantry where the ants built a mound, but whatever he sprayed didnâ€™t work. It looks ugly and ridiculous and we continued to have an ant issue till they hired new people. The back of our building stayed flooded and damp even in the hottest times of summer at one point. I reported a used syringe I saw in the grass while walking my dog, never saw an email to warn tenants. People walk their dogs on the trails and do not pick up the poop ever. All summer the front complex was well taken care of and green while the rest of the complex was burnt and terrible to look at. The sprinkler systems just began working this month, which is the first time we have seen them on since moving in. No one that lived here on bottom floor units is here anymore maybe they had similar issues, or just couldnâ€™t get the office to do anything. Claire the newest edition is so kind and sweet, I just hope they donâ€™t run her off like everyone else.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Loud dogs, loud neighbors, loud cars, people with televisions on their balconies watching loud ESPN show at 5 am letâ€™s not forget the horrible stench of weed. People have breeds here that are not allowed. The new manager never leaves her office, installed frosted glass over all her windows, and has shades pulled down over every piece of glass. None of the residents Iâ€™ve talked to have even seen her. Every time they go into the office sheâ€™s in there hiding with the door locked. Very unprofessional and weird place. When I moved in five months ago was greeted with a badly pissed stained toilet seat and dirty vents followed with misplacements of my check as well as the holding and cashing it late and accumulating late fees which they pick and choose what they can and wonâ€™t fix or remove i also had a blown breaker for 3 months nobody cared to answer the phone or be in office i was being charged twice for renters insurance by assurant and elan Keller ranch i also received somebodyâ€™s eviction notice in my apartment somebodyâ€™s private information! When i informed them the now manger acted like it was no big deal the have also refused and sent my October payment back just a mess all around. These people are all unprofessional and the place is filthy and not worth the money. Donâ€™t make the mistake I did.

Worst apartment complex 

Youâ€™ve never had an experience like renting from and living here, you should try it! My apartment locator/realtor referred me here and Anj understood the assignment and executed it amazingly. The process to rent and view my unit was easy and quick. I felt catered to almost. Itâ€™s so peaceful, I love hearing the birds chirp and the peace and quiet. My neighbors were friendly. They seem nice and helpful. The only thing better than this experience is when I get to buy and move into a house.
