Worst apartment complex

Loud dogs, loud neighbors, loud cars, people with televisions on their balconies watching loud ESPN show at 5 am let’s not forget the horrible stench of weed. People have breeds here that are not allowed. The new manager never leaves her office, installed frosted glass over all her windows, and has shades pulled down over every piece of glass. None of the residents I’ve talked to have even seen her. Every time they go into the office she’s in there hiding with the door locked. Very unprofessional and weird place. When I moved in five months ago was greeted with a badly pissed stained toilet seat and dirty vents followed with misplacements of my check as well as the holding and cashing it late and accumulating late fees which they pick and choose what they can and won’t fix or remove i also had a blown breaker for 3 months nobody cared to answer the phone or be in office i was being charged twice for renters insurance by assurant and elan Keller ranch i also received somebody’s eviction notice in my apartment somebody’s private information! When i informed them the now manger acted like it was no big deal the have also refused and sent my October payment back just a mess all around. These people are all unprofessional and the place is filthy and not worth the money. Don’t make the mistake I did.
