My renovated apt with garage attached is wonderful. Grounds nice and are beautiful. I feel extremely safe here. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours and job well done. Shopping and restrauants within 2 or 3 miles with great selection. Best apartment experience I have ever had and very happy here!!!

This community has been great! The staff treats every request and question with urgency and care. If they have to go in my apartment they leave it just like they found it. They are always available to answer questions. The amenities are kept in great shape and great. It has been a wonderful experience living here.

It is an excellent place to live, work and commute. Close to Trinity park trails, dog parks, gyms, pools, close to shopping centres, close to the highway. Gated and safe. Free coffee in the club house, free Wi-Fi. A responsive and helpful staff. a maintenance team that cares. Ability to pay your rent in parts if you run into financial issues.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Canyons!! This community is everything my last community is not. It's beautifully landscaped and maintained. There are a ton of amenities available to everyone, the staff is top-notch, and our apartment is just stunning!! We are still stunned at how amazing it is to be a new resident here. God showed up and showed out!!!

It seems like a safe complex. The view is amazing, as is the location. The enclosed hallways can get loud, and residence often leave trash in the corridors longer than they are supposed to, creating smell and eyesore. Construction can get loud as well. They have been remodeling the apartment above mine for the last month during the day and into the early evening. The ceiling and the floor of my apartment are shaking. It's not making me very happy. I think if they would take the time to set things down rather than throw them that might be helpful.

It's a tremendous social community to live in. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The entertaining activities during the week and weekends are fun to attend. Close to retail shops, grocery stores, the river, and a great neighborhood.

We have lived in the community for a few years now. This unit we moved in Dec 2023 and had a few bumps due to the contractors who upgraded the units. Thankfully the canyons staff and maintenance had been very helpful in correcting any errors done.

It's a great community and in a quiet area. There has been a lack of communication a lot of the times and wished it was handled better. Moving from out of state made it hard to find the right apartment and we were told all the apartments available were newly renovated, but once we signed our lease we found out our apartment was not renovated

I have really enjoyed living here. My only complaint is they tore up a perfectly beautiful swimming pool to build another one and they're still working on it since the start of last summer I'm sure there are reasons why that has not been completed. I believe they told me at the office that the city of Fort Worth was holding at the job. I'm not sure that makes very much sense but That's really my only problems. Everything else is beautiful there the flowers the grounds are kept really lovely.

Apartment location is great. Maintence request for the most part are completely quickly. Grounds are kept nice and neat. One maintenance request we've made has not fully been completed after two requests (wasp nest) so I'm thinking I'll have to submit the request again. Management is okay

We've been here 7 years but have changed units 3 times. We went from upstairs to downstairs, we moved to a renovated unit just recently and love the improvement. We have met several people and established friendships too.

Moved to this community from Chicago! I must say we love it here & believe anyone would enjoy this community! The staff is AWESOME & our neighbors are GREAT too! There are community activities to help you engage with your neighbors. The amenities are AWESOME also - can hardly wait for the Phase I pool to re-open! Not sure what's going on with the landscaping the grass is rather tall by us this week! Not that it's management's fault, but our gates are frequently going down - wish they worked better!

The application and move in process was flawless for me. The staff was incredibly efficient, organized, and helpful. Once I moved in, my apartment was very clean and up to standards. If there were any issues, management was quick to address it. I love it here.

Very impressive, clean, lots of ammentities and the staff are awesome! Pet acceptance was through the roof. The roads are wide and the maintanence staff is nice. The clubhouses are very appealing. Staff are welcoming and helpful

This is an amazing community. The entire staff is so helpful and very responsive. If I have questions they are quick to get an answer. I have never had to wait for my maintenance issues to be resolved.

Generally positive. Maintenance staff is responsive and office staff is friendly. Location is great. Pool in Phase 1 has been out of commission for too long. Equipment in phase II gym is old and should be replaced

Generally quiet community, quick maintenance. The only real problem has been A/C drainage. There is a problem with how it is designed. Expect drainage problems if you live on the first floor. But again, maintenance are always quick to respond.

The Canyons is a very nice apartment community. I have lived here 9 years and my experience has been great. The grounds are so pretty and well taken care of. The office staff really cares about the people who live here. My mom passed away here at our apartment home , and everyone has been so kind and thoughtful. It has been a great comfort to me. The maintenance staff are very professional and take care of any problem quickly. Thank you!

I think this apartments are great. The service has always been super quick and effective which is difficult to come by. Also the environment is really nice and friendly. And their free breakfast/lunch events are a nice way to connect with the staff. Overall I recommend this place whenever the apartment hunting topic comes up.
