Outstanding!!! I love the luxurious living and propert surroundings at The Kelton. First class affordable luxury living at its best. The staff is first class as well and very knowledgeable with expererience. I've been knowing Courtney Cole for years and continue to trust and follow her. We are having an awesome time living here and hope to stay for a long time! The pool area being open now has helped a lot, the only thing we're missing is the pedal pad. There are always community events going on and it is so easy to meet people.

Just want to express my thoughts on my selection of getting an apt at The Kelton! Fabulous is the only word to say about the property and Courtney Cole!! What an amazing experience I have had since the minute I stepped into the lobby to see if I wanted to live there!! It's one of the most elegant apt's in Fort Worth and I am proud to say, I just moved in 1 week ago and am the happiest I have been in a long time!! Courtney is not only such a professional young lady, but goes above and beyond to make the whole experience a wonderful one! She made my decision so easy and I am so grateful I had Courtney to work with. Can't say enough about the beautiful apt and area and Courtney! Trust me, you will not be disappointed about anything at The Kelton at Clearfork! When all the construction is done, it will by far be the place to live in Fort Worth for apartment living!

I am in total awe everytime I see this property! After having a busy day touring apartments this one just seemed right for my fiancé and I. Courtney was phenomenal. She showed us different styles and I loved all of them. She was just easy to talk to and I love that in customer service. If all of the staff is just like her then I would absolutely love to call this place home. I think once construction is done this is definitely going to be the "hot spot" in Fort Worth. Everything is easy to get to without all of the traffic and I'm sure I'm not the only one who hates traffic. Words cannot describe how excited we are to, hopefully soon, get all moved in. I look forward to it!

Moving Is exhausting, expensive, and can be an extended disappointment if you don't move in to a First Class Community. What are the compelling factors behind your choice of where to live and whether you should buy or lease? For me, there were many factors that lead me to leasing at The Kelton at Clearfork. The lease price, location, amenities, and an accommodating staff of professionals, who enjoy their work, are committed to customer service with a smile, which sets them at the top of my list as a First Class development. The price of the apartment homes is very reasonable given all the available amenities and the location. The Kelton is only 4 miles from downtown Fort Worth and even closer to the Museums and medical center area. The property is nestled in a beautiful green space along the Clearfork section of the pristine Trinity River, as well as in the middle of the a one of a kind shopping and dining area of Clearfork that is on track for completion between 2016-2017. It's obvious that The Kelton leasing team consisting of Zoe-Sales Director, Nikki- Community Assistant Director, and Ginger - Community Director are a First Class Team with years of experience in their field. The first day that I toured The Kelton I was greeted with a smile and greeting of genuine enthusiasm, which continues today. These ladies even make picking up heavy cumbersome packages easy by giving you a helping hand to get them to your home, as well as chasing them down when a delivery is missed. I've had questions and they've had answers or will find the answers with no excuses. On move in day, Zoe explained all the free goodies and discounted services that were in the Kelton folder she presented me, which I equated to an endless modern day, "Welcome Wagon" experience. Also, she walked me through my home to make sure it was 100% move in ready. I was ecstatic when Zoe opened the freezer and inside was a hand tossed frozen pizza donated by the very popular Campisi's of Fort Worth, which I cooked immediately - DELICIOUSOSO!!!. Also, during my first week I received a Welcome Home e-mail from The Kelton leasing team inviting me to choose a gift from an assortment of wonderful gifts. My personal favorite was The Holy Smoke, Smoked Olive Oil. Shane - Maintenance Supervisor and Billy - Maintenance Technician are very visible, timely, helpful, and take pride in customer satisfaction. These guys even wear shoe covers before entering your home, which is a treat that I've never experienced until I moved to The Kelton. Isabelle is the icing on the community, as she spends her day making sure all the common areas are not just sparkling clean, but smell heavenly too. The Kelton also has The Care Team, which includes Kayla, Hutch, and Paisley (Adorable Great Dane), who really care about ensuring you have an enjoyable experience. They host 2 - 3 community social events each month, which is an excellent networking opportunity for the residence. The events have included, breakfast buffet, appetizers and wine, taco Tuesday, spaghetti dinner and future exciting events are in the planning phase. I made the right decision by leasing my home at The Kelton at Clearfork, a First Class community and staff, where the lease price, location, amenities, and an accommodating staff of professionals are the best in Fort Worth. I'm sending a Tall Texas Thank You to The Kelton Staff for continuing to make me feel Welcome in my new home.

We love living at The Kelton! We moved in at the beginning of January and have been very happy with our experience so far. The staff is so amazing, incredibly professional and always accessible. They are VERY dog friendly (my dog loves going downstairs to see to office ladies) and host awesome events for residents frequently. We have lived in a couple poorly managed complexes, but the staff here were so wonderful, they were one of the big reasons we decided to sign. The Press Cafe, Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop and the Trinity Trails are all within walking distance and the amenities that are still under construction look like they will be amazing. The surrounding construction can take some getting used to, but we are so excited to see how everything turns out we hardly notice it anymore. I highly recommend The Kelton for the location, the amenities, the beautiful apartments, and most of all the staff.

What a great place to live! We love the trail access, and Press Cafe right outside our door. The new amenities, shopping, restaurants, etc. will be top notch, and I believe the new hottest spot in fort worth. The construction is still in full swing so many of the property amenities are not available and the dust and noisy construction can be annoying.....but I'm happy we got in early because this place is no doubt going to be the mothership of coolness....the hub of hip....the bank of swank....the plush pit. Yeah ok, you get it.

I have yet to physically move in, but my experience thus far with Zoe has been terrific. She's been more than helpful and I presume it will be no different once I move in. This is a gorgeous complex with a bright future. I'm ecstatic to see how it progresses.

I absolutely love where I live. My apartment is absolutely beautiful, the location is great with super easy access to Chisolm and Hulen, and exceptional customer service from the entire staff. Courtney has worked tirelessly to make sure that this transition to my new home has been as easy and lovely as possible. From showing the me the apartment I would be moving to multiple times, (I was concerned about the noise from the construction, which surprisingly is barely noticeable) to helping me decide between finishes for the granite and back splash (there are multiple options to choose from) to helping me land on the floor plan that would fit my needs and budget best (would you prefer a built in office or bar space?). Honestly though, the best thing about this place is the customer service. Everyone here is so friendly and you get this feeling that they all just want to make it the best experience possible.
