It's nothing special , I truly believe the price point is set to high with the crime rate and amount registered sex offenders in the area and the quality of the apartment 1200$ for a 1 bedroom is crazy I've been to 4 duty stations 3 in state and 1 over seas and this by far the worst of all of them in terms of the aesthetics , surrounding area , the constant changing of management im honestly just counting my days until we move duty stations

Management has always been helpful and get back to be as soon as possible, so has maintenance. I feel safe in this community and the upkeep makes things feel clean. I am financially able to pay rent on time, that's a big bonus for staying at this location.

They are some pretty decent apartments! I think they should go down some on rent!! They should also go through every carpet apartment and pull it up and just do hardwood floors. It needs a better park for these kids! The dog park bigger than the kids park

I like the change in management I've leased with Madera Residential before was not a big fan so I was happy when it changed. Office staff is pretty great so I hope it does not change unless the new people get trained by the current people. Besides the office I love how everyone keeps to themselves :)

as you can see, we've been here a long time. i would suggest some kind of security cameras as improvements in stead of covered parking offered at more rent from the previous owners. tipton has only been here a short time, but all seems to be going smoothly. the staff has gone above and beyond in helping us with tarrant county. also, many tenants here tend to not pick up after their pets. staff does try to pick up, but they should not have to.

Maintenance is absolutely horrible. Responses to work orders are horrible. The gates never work. People don't clean up after their pets. Trying to get an updated unit seems impossible. Nothing is ever done about noise complaints or lease violations.

I've been here a Saddlehorn Vista for 3 1/2 yrs. My rent has gone up around $300.00 since I moved in. Our gates have only worked for less than half of that time. Owners/managers have repainted the exterior, and have half assed repaired hole in the parking lot 3 times, and it never lasts very long. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. We are currently have our 4th manager & asst manager. My floor has never been level, even places under the carpet where the floor dips in. You can feel the ups and downs when you're walking. The cabinets have a horrible paint job that chips every time a fingernail hits it. They're dark brown, with black and brown speckled countertops that flack off, and black appliances. It feels like a cave. Bad patch jobs in the places that damage has occurred. And lately, since the gates haven't been working, we've had problems around the complex with trespassers and homeless people going through our dumpsters. Unfortunately, my unit is right across from one, so that's been my view looking outside. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Like I said, lipstick on a pig.

We have seen a lot of owners and managers in the time we have lived here. For the most part all of them have been good. The management we have now seem to be caring about our needs and are getting things done. Good place to live.

I have loved out here for a total of 5 years I believe. I switched to a bigger apartment in May. The first day of move-in the apartment had a very strong odor of a dog. I had to get the carpet replaced within first week. There were also roaches I the kitchen area. I had been putting my name on the list for my apartment to be sprayed and I don't think that was getting done the roaches were still roaming. I also have had my car broken into and both cars that are listed towed. All of this within the last 6 months of living here. The doors to wash room and in both bedroom closets constantly fall off track and it's hard to get them back on. I try to stay positive and roll with things. Hopefully it gets better with the new company that's here now.

It has been one of the best apartment's except for the neighbors above me having to many dogs and they all howling at the same time early in the morning disturbing my rest. I love taking walks through the neighborhood

These apartments are ok. Some of the residents are less than polite, up to the point to where police are called. Management really don't seem to care how many times a report is made, complaints are made about individuals who make u wanna break ur lease to get away from them. So that's my basic opinion, I could go deeper but it won't do any good?

I toured this apartment complex the other day and it was honestly a great experience! The staff were very friendly and answered any/all questions that I had, and the apartments themselves looked well taken care of.

I love & like this Community because they take care of the residences. I want to put a special Thank You !!! out to Kat D the manager that helped me get my carpet request to corporate so I could have brand new carpet in my home. (After foot ripped open from tack strip loose & carpet kept coming up!) I appreciate everything that she's done for me and Thank you for the carpet crew the three guys that came and did the work they did a wonderful job .!!!!!!!!!! Thank You so Much!!!

This is the worst complex I've ever lived in. It takes literally months to have simple things fixed by maintenance. The bathtub in this unit is peeling because they painted it for some reason and the hot water heater AND dishwasher both leak. I'm having an issue with an insanely high electric bill and they are having no issue with giving me the run around. Go rent somewhere else. They only care that you pay on time and nothing else.

Welcome to saddle horn vista, with the new manager Mia Davis you can have rats and roaches with no pet deposit. Want to sell drugs or assault people, no problem, as long as you pay your rent we don't care what you do. Don't want to ever have kids again or want cancer, that's ok Mia Davis will have someone come in your apartment when your not home and spray your kitchen and dishes with pesticides and she won't even tell you. Something wrong or not working in your apartment? No problem fix it yourself, not only do we not want to hear about it, we wouldn't know how to take care of it anyhow. Just pay your rent and don't bother us. Don't want to hear it, I just want my bonuses. FYI, all drug dealers welcome if you don't mind competition

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. First they have switched management companies 3 times in the year I have been here. My apartment has had mold and instead of correcting the problem to get rid of the mold it is painted over and then its back again. My apartment flooded and I'm still waiting on the carpet to be cleaned and padding replaced and my ceiling to be repaired. I have call core enforcement out to force them into other repairs needed. I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Everyone in office are rude and very unprofessional.

I have had issues with maintenance not being completed in a timely manner. My air conditioning has not worked for a full week, reaching Temps up to 90 degrees and I am still not able to receive any legitimate answers from management on when it will be repaired.

This apartment is the worst, things are never fixed, staff turn over every week, staff lie and very unprofessional. I know these are apartments are in the hood but do we have to be treated like we are in the hood. I pay rent every month we I make a reasonable request, I need it that request completed in a reasonable time frame.
