No issues so far, when ever trouble arises it&acirc;&euro;&trade;s always taking care of thanks to the staff and A+ maintenance crew. Special SHOUT OUT TO MAINTENANCE MANAGER RAY for always taking care of if ?? Highly recommended

First off the special that the leasing agent offered me was outstanding&#44; I got the first and last month of rent free with no out of pocket costs at move-in.  I have been renting for 3 months and so far my experience has been nothing but pleasant.  I sure am glad I decided to rent here and I plan to renew the 7 month lease when the current one i&#39;m on expires.  I recommend this place.

These are the worst apartments in West fort Worth to live in! Let&apos;s start off with the Rats and Mold that is just disgusting and unhealthy. The rats eat your food, your clothes, and everything else you have. There is no such thing as hiding this or that cause they will get to it. Next, there is the poor Management. They swear they dont allow pedifiles and murders over here but their all over from the back to the front. They lie so much its ridiculous. We have been putting in work orders since October 2015 about the rats, our dishwasher, the mold, and the AC. But still where here now July 2016 with same problems. We payed for a hotel for 2 months because we refused to stay here. We were told it was fixed but it wasnt. Not only that but we have been robbed 4 times and come to find out one of SADDLEHORNS MAINETNANCE MAN was pocketing apartment keys. Yes! So poor management security for their on staff! Not only that but now they fired all their maintenance recently leaving us residents still with no air and rats and mold. We have called News Channel and more!! My husband and I ,my 6 month old baby girl moved over here because we were told they were nice apartments. Never move here!!!

Would love to give negative stars. We have had a pipe bust atleast 4 times. They are blaming us saying we have to have our laundry/storage lamp on 24/7. And they are not paying the difference in the electric bill, nor is the company reimbursing it. We have been without water for 3 days. It took me complaining to the city for them to aknowledge the black mold in my apartment that I complained about for a month and all they did was spray it with cleaner, the mold is still there. And they just want to paint it. They sent a carpet cleaner guy to my apartment, that I did not ask for, without me knowing. There is no need for someone to clean my carpet. And the office ladies got mad at me for not letting him in. They give no proper notification about anything. They gave me hell about me getting my service dog, violating all of my rights in the process. The managment company needs to be shut down and these people need to lose their license. Do not move here. And if you decide to anyways, document everything including all conversations with the office and maitnence. Protect yourselves.

If you&apos;re looking for a safe place to live please do not go to saddlehorn Vista apartments this has been the worst place I have lived since I&apos;ve been here in fort Worth Tx the property management are the rudest, lying people ever me and my husband moved here into this complex the end of March and we have been discriminated against property management has been extremely rude the bug infestation is devastating cant cook without bugs in food have to keep the air on 60 to try and keep them away .Im a cancer survivor of 3times have black mold growing up kitchen sink they refused to fix it had to call code enforcement officer out health department because my health issues and health at risk they cared nothing about that really sad how we have been treated at this apartment complex told us our apartment was fully upgraded no cabinets broken closet doors broken on their site says pool but pool always looked asked why they tell u because they refused having to clean   they have gym that&apos;s a lie says they&apos;re gated community lie gate always open anyone can get in says it&apos;s a safe place to live why someone just got murder in the parking lot no sercirty office on site 24hours that&apos;s a lie because of having to call code enforcement now we&apos;re getting evicted really sad I&apos;m devastated of the treatment please do not apply at this apartment complex I promise u there are better places to live were u and ur Family would be welcome , loved and most of all safe I wouldn&apos;t recommend anyone I&apos;m having friends also move due to these issues I&apos;m ?? honest because I don&apos;t want anyone to have to go through what we have it&apos;s not fair please find u somewhere else to live and feel welcome

I currently live in these apartments and let me tell ya&apos;ll they are the worst I&apos;ve lived in. Not only are the cabinets falling off and have extreme water damage because they&apos;ve been there since before I was born with no maintenance, this is what I found about 10 feet away from my porch. I have to put up with my apartment ALWAYS smelling like marijuana. Roaches in the kitchen that even though they come and spray won&apos;t completely go away. Why? because by only spraying my apt and not the others around me won&apos;t fix the damn problem. They charge some bs $90 for spectrum (cable and wifi) which is not bad but what if you don&apos;t need or want cable or wifi? you might not think is that bad but for a single mother head of household making someone HAVE to pay extra for some dumb contract they have with that provider is. They had the audacity to want to raise my rent like if I was living in a condo. My wall had holes that the maintenance made since I moved in and they never had the decency to come and paint the wall they messed up after patching it back up. I cannot wait to move out!

I've been here a Saddlehorn Vista for 3 1/2 yrs. My rent has gone up around $300.00 since I moved in. Our gates have only worked for less than half of that time. Owners/managers have repainted the exterior, and have half assed repaired hole in the parking lot 3 times, and it never lasts very long. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. We are currently have our 4th manager & asst manager. My floor has never been level, even places under the carpet where the floor dips in. You can feel the ups and downs when you're walking. The cabinets have a horrible paint job that chips every time a fingernail hits it. They're dark brown, with black and brown speckled countertops that flack off, and black appliances. It feels like a cave. Bad patch jobs in the places that damage has occurred. And lately, since the gates haven't been working, we've had problems around the complex with trespassers and homeless people going through our dumpsters. Unfortunately, my unit is right across from one, so that's been my view looking outside.  
I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Like I said, lipstick on a pig.
