Complex is well-kept and the office staff/maintenance crew respond quickly to requests. Easy access to Arlington, NRH, Hurst, Bedford, DFW airport and a TRE station. One thing that would make things better is assigned parking for those without garages.

The maintenance crew is fast and usually fairly clean. At first glance, the place looks great. Once here for a while, you start to notice things like deferred maintenance (e.g. painting, tuck pointing) that are going to cause the place to go downhill in a hurry. Landscaping damage from winter storms untouched. Temporary roof patching on many buildings from a storm well over a year ago. Gates, railings badly in need of paint. And the pool hasn't opened yet this year, and was open only a portion of last year (my understanding - I was not here). Neat places to sit around the complex with holders for TVs. No TVs. Ever. Fountains, but they barely flow. Exposed landscaping irrigation everywhere, which is a trip hazard and looks awful. People are no longer taking pride in the place, so now we see trash piled outside the compactor instead of placed inside. I'd say it's sliding in the wrong direction FAST and will need a serious injection of money to make necessary repairs. I suspect it will, rather, have to command less rent and serve a different clientele.

Community could use upgrades for sure. Expensive rent and pool is under construction. Dog park is pitiful. Trash always dumped outside and along dumpster. Break ins to vehicles. We pay all these fees for pest control and what not but we have bees and wasps everywhere. We pay out of pocket to replace our home's air filter monthly because the office has only given us one filter since we moved in a year ago.

It's been good for the most part. Parking is horrible and I think the tow trucks don't run anymore. I wish there was a play area for the kids, they have nowhere to play but the parking lots. The exit gate goes in and out

I like my apartment and the people in the office is nice. They always respond in a timely mannerly. Whenever you call or email the office the staff is polite and courteous at all times. Even when I moved here mid Covid I was able to look at the apartment before deciding to move here.

We love living here. Trinity Bell Gardens is one of the few complexes in the area that offers attached garages. You can't beat the value and the location is in the sweet spot between Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, and Grapevine. The staff is friendly. Maintenance always responds right away, but sometimes they forget to follow up if they need to order a part. The outside maintenance has declined since we've been here. Simple things like bare spots that had grass when we moved in, broken sprinklers and exposed sprinkler lines, and patched roofs that need to be repaired. That isn't so bad. The worst are the residents who don't pick up after their pets or who leave garbage out when it isn't trash night. Those things make our home feel trashy.

This is a beautiful property, I've truly enjoyed the time spent living in the community. It's typically quiet and very accommodating to all age groups. That being said, if you are looking for some outstanding, genuine customer/tenant service this is not the leasing staff you want to come in contact with. I won't say names because composure and dignity is merely important but I haven't felt that they cared about my home as a tenant since the day I moved in. I think they only cared the first day because there was a survey to be completed right after. To end on a positive note, maintenance is always prompt and on top of their stuff. Good luck with this leasing staff, they'll happily take your money but that's about it.

Staff always friendly. Things handled in a timely manner. Emergency needs met. Would recommend & have to co-Workers as a good community to live. I moved in from a house wanting a simplier life, no yard work. Nice gym, pool area.

As a family we have had a good experience living at this apartment complex. The apartments are highly maintained outside. The office staff has always been helpfully to answer any questions, and they put on different functions in which residens can participate.

A pleasant place to live. Quiet and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Always professional. Items are repaired very quickly with minimum discomfort. The staff is very understanding of my condition and works well with me. I and my husband enjoy our place.

The maintenance is very prompt no waiting days once you call they come next day and get it done, and the community the staff build is very friendly in how they do things and provide for all the residents especially with how much they make sure you are informed about any complex updates and even surrounding communities if there are security concerns that happen around they make sure we all know

Everything is great! The staff genuinely care, the work orders are filed and done in a timely manner. The complex is kept clean and is very quiet. I've lived in a few "luxury apartments" in my day, and I can day that the level of service after signing the lease matches perfectly with the up front lease signing experience, which is never the case elsewhere. The complex manager even helped me personally through some paperwork issues I had when I first moved in. She is the best!

Trinity bell gardens is a wonderful community. the staff is super helpful and sweet. It's a clean apartment complex as well. Well priced for how nice it is. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Overall it is a good community. What is bad is being able to smell marijuana smoke coming into my bathroom and neighbors that let dogs run about without a leash with no consequences. The air conditioner breaks down every year and the living room can never get cool enough in the summer due to bad design.

Maintenance timing and quality could be improved. The security parameters of this community need to improve. Gates are left wide open, cars have been broken into, and a lady was wandering around and peeked inside my apartment today.

For the most part I have enjoyed my time here, but there have been frustrations with some our apartment appliances. Plus some annoyances with the property, and how management deals with issues.. such as our community pool has been under construction for months and the weather is finally good and no one has been working on it.

I love that all units are updated with wood floors and double door refrigerators. The rental price isn't based on upgrades.Their all designed unique. It's very cozy with small porches. It was pleasant working with Mary. She is professional and efficient. She processed my paperwork the same day I completed it and called me with the approval. I was able to sign my lease that same day. I liked that I completed the entire process online.

Very nice apartment. Staff is very helpful but is away from most fun things to do. If you like to be alone it will work. The tenants mostly keep to themselves but that may be just Texas. Overall I like being here but would like to be closer to eating places and more

Its pretty good apartment but does not worth the price we are paying. It does not have designated parking spot for one bed apartment so if you come late 7-9 PM there is no parking spot available and need to walk more.

Very BEST in DFW or anywhere and GREAT management! Very safe and beautiful pool! Work out room is luxury! Close to shopping, but also has kind of a country feel away from lots of buildings in a NICE area. Neighbors are all nice and friendly. Love it here;

Very nice and clean community, quit all times and I do like to renew my lease for another period. The people at the office are friendly and helpful. I have 2 comments very small, 1) please fix the grills in the pool area, and please make sure the pool is clean during summer time. And that is all. I do recommend this community to my freinds.

I would recommend! Location is perfect for those who donâ??t want to be around so many other apartments but has easy access to highways & malls . Leasing office staff is very helpful ! Most staff has stayed in my 1 year here so itâ??s easy to get to know them. Good about sending emails on mail items delivered to office as well as community events .

i really like living here. I have lived in the area before, but then i moved back and always prefer this nice place. the staff maintenance is very helpful, nice people. Hilary and Jackie are very cheerful with me all the time. My daughters loves it here too.
