The New Manager Michelle @ Sycamore is HORRIBLE. She has destroyed the property in a matter of weeks. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to live in an enviroment where the management company doesn't supply adequete essentials to take care of thier residents. They HAVE NO MONEY for Parts to Make any Repairs. Pot Holes are so big on property you could lose a small child in them. The list goes on and on & Now the New Manager is a complete idiot and doesn't even know what she is doing.

Sycamore Hill Apartments SUCK ---!!!! They are money hungry mother fer's and don't hold true to their word for anyting and the ladies in the office are ------- who need a good slapping. Do not go here it ain't worth even a $10.00 move in run .

There is nothing good at this place its always dirty and the ladies in the office are complete b****eswho have no respect for anyone! I only stayed here becauses of the prices. The maintenance sucks and half a**/------. They say they spray every wendsday but thats a lie because bugs are crazy! Ants roaches and ect. I wouldnt waist my time on this place. The laindry mat had litle kids punching holes in the wall graffeti and smoking weed also throughing dirt in the washers! I would never recommd this place to anyone z !!!

DON'T MOVE HERE

This place is ------ and cops are always there. Everything is falling apart, i got locked in my own bathroom had to pry the door open. The sinks make a HORRIBLE loud noise and shake BAD. There always coming into the Apartments, to inspect and they dont give us heads up. The air conditioning SUCKS ---. The property is VERY trashy people walking around every where kids playing in the middle of the streets, and guys walking around with there pants on the floor. Gates DONT work. Pot-holes every where, parking sucks and tow trucks are there every day. Rents cheap so you get what you pay for. DONT DONT MOVE THERE. HAPPY that my lease is up

NEVER IN LIFE !!!

I NEVER THOUGHT i'd have to live like this. The maintnace is HORRIBLE, The ------- in the office are rude ----------------------!! ( ------- yelled at an old lady, But i fixed that )I cant wait til my lease is up. Someone broke in and locked me out my OWN apartment. An they wont let me leave without it going on my credit. They tow cars even if you have a parking sticker. Its little wannabe thugs everywhere. They leave dog poop and trash everywhere. I wanna know why im even paying $3 a month because they dont pick up anything. I cant wait to move out of here,NEVER AGAIN !!

DON'T RENT HERE! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

This place is a nightmare! Steer clear of this crazy place. The manager ------ is a complete rude and --------------. She has no respect for people and does nothing to assist. She has no clue what she is doing. Her and the assistant manager ------ are rude and worst managers ever!!!!!! Maintenance takes forever to respond and most of them don't even speak English! There work is shotty. I reported thinking I had mold 6 months ago and still haven't had anyone come fix it. They tow peoples cars if your car doesn't fit their "criteria". In other words, if you aren't driving -------- like the assistant manager then park at your own risk. This is a big warning!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Welcome to Fright Fest at Sycamore Hill

Theses apartments are the worst place to live. The sign for $49 move in special has been up for months. The office management is just as horrible as the apartments. The manger seems to be on drugs or something. Her chest is stuck out as if she is running the best apartments in fort worth. If you like clubbing then this is the plase for you. Every weekend there's gun fire, loud music, kids screaming and yelling, needless to say the drug deals that are going on. You can walk outside your apartment and smell the weed and aslo see the weed bags left behind. This complex can not be up to code compliance. Wires are exposed the pools have all kinds of mold, mildew and algae. Apartments have water leaks and non of the electrical sockets work. The Fair Housing Act needs to be made aware of the conditions these apartments are being rented at. I wouldn't refer my pe dog to live in these apartments.

This apartment complex sucks, I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved here. The office personnel at --------, if this was the last place on earth to live I would be homeless.

Rent at your own risk

The maintenance is not very good and they take forever to take care of ur problems. The management is very rude. There is a lot of drug deals that go on and care are always getting stolen or broken into. The pool is never open. and the security gate doesnt work. If that doesn't bother you the apartments are super cheap and the square footage is huge.

I am very unimpressed with this property and their staff. They seem to be automatically on the defense because of the type of people that hang around there. The manger acts like she is on her high horse because she manages this horrible complex. In my opinon I wouldnt be proud to tell anyone I managed these apartments. They would rather waste money on having a tow company go around taking resident and guest vehicles than money on security which is desperately needed. They wont fix the gate to decrease the amount of non residents that come into the apartment complex. This is one of the worst apartment complexs that I have every lived at and I blame that on staff. If they would just get someone in the office that knew how to run things living there wouldnt be such a problem for both me and a lot of other residents

horrible!!!!!

When I first moved in they had not cleaned anything; stove, refrigerator, bathroom, etc. When I told them they said they were going to send someone and never did! My bathroom, for nearly 3 mnths, had a puddle in it because thats how long it took for them to come fix my toilet so u can just imagine the odor and the water stain it left on my floor! I would not ever reccommend this community to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I explanied to the agent that I something on my record however it was a misunderstanding because I was not clear on the charges regarding spanking my son at school. They kept my depoist even after i told them the truth. They that hard up they would keep my $99.00 that i can use to buy food for me and my child. Wrong so Wrong.

So Much Better

Before when the old management was here, nothing EVER got done and if they said they did something, it was NEVER done right. I like the new people they have in the office. They are nice and seem like they really try to get stuff taken care of for me. I have seen a huge change in the the apartments since they got here. I guess they started kicking all the bad ones out. And man am I glad! So much better! I was gonna leave and go somewhere else... but now I'm gonna stay!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE JUST KEEP ON DRIVING

I would like to tell everybody that pass by these apartments and think that they look nice guess again. The manager thinks very low of her residents she thinks that everybody who lives here are low lives. If you have a problem with your apartment you need to go up there and show your face and more so they can do something. I will also let you in on a secret about these apartments. They have a VERY BAD case of fire ants and the man who comes out here every wednesday to spray is a joke. Whatever they have is those spray bottles it only make it worse. Its like they put sugar water in there or something. I got my truck broken into about five months ago they didn't do ---- about it. This place is so insecure. It is not worth it at all last and not least Karma is A ----- and they all will get theirs

i have lived in sycamore hill for just under a year and it has been a night mare, mostly o do with the staff. they are rude and never helpful. the maitenance takes forever andstill doesnt get it right. cars get broken into as do apartments. i wouldnt reccommend living here.

Why are they so rude?

The maintenance in this complex is terrible. The apartments have alot of things wrong with them, and it can take a month or more for maintenance to fix them, even though the office will assure you that it will be taken care of "first thing tomorrow". Out of the three office staff, there is one who is extremely rude. Naturally, she's the one who is always there.

If you move to Sycamore Hill, watch out! They will try to rip you off. Also there is a lot of crime in that area and if your property is stolen, don't think for a second that they care. No crime watch or security. They are too busy watching the tenants waiting for THEM to do something wrong so they can charge them. They do not care if your property gets stolen or if you get attacked. The people in the office are very RUDE and inconsiderate,

There are some good things about these apartment but the bad far out ways the good. high crime rate low respect there is a nice happy face when you move in but after you are here the managements true colors show a little more everyday She is rude inconsiderate spiteful and just plan snobby she refers the that community like it is trash like she is gods gift to all tenants. there were numerous letters posted on the doors of the community were even in written word she could speak to this "lower class" community like they were stupid When Brandi is gone that community will be a great place to live.

Its alot better now!

We got new manegment and they have done some good things. The lites are on everywere and that helped alot. And they also got new maintnance who does your stuff much quicker than the last ones. I have seen some good changes and look forward to more. I was gonna leave and move somewere else but Im gonna stay now.

There were two shootings there in this month alone. I agree, that is DEFINITELY management that posted those reviews. When I lived there my neighbor shot out my back windshield in my car literally 5 minutes after I had brought my less than one month old child inside (If you're reading this, remember me?) That violates the lease agreement THEY are legally supposed to uphold. And that's just getting STARTED. They gave me such hell for months until I was literally ready to file a lawsuit against them. ---- that place.

I have lived in the Sycamore hill Apts. for over two years. I have seen management change four times. My unit is fairly large and the grounds are pretty well kept; I never had any serious problems, however I did experience unauthorized entry and I had my locks changed without notice. Management can use a course in etiquette. However they have gotten rid of undiserables It appears the turnover rate is high, people don't stay very long
