Nothing but trouble

I have lived here a year and a half and although I haven't asked for "many" maintenance repairs, the few I HAVE had to ask for is like pulling teeth to get them done and STILL some are not done and I get nothing but silence from the office when I submit requests. I noticed termites last year and Alma sent MOUSE TRAPS over via the mtc. man...good go Alma. Bedroom door has been sticking for 1 1/2 yrs now, now because of all the sticking, my door jam is pulling away as is the wall board on the wall beside the door. Although last month(after 1 1/2 yrs of trying to get them to fix it) they FINALLY got the door to stop sticking BUT neglected to fix the door jam and the wall..it's STILL messed up. Had mold on my bathroom ceiling. Asked Gloria how they dealt with it. She said "we determine where it's coming from and take care of it". WRONG!!!! Good ol' Johnny just sprayed it and slapped paint over it. At the same time my AC went out. Good ol' Johnny's way of "fixing" it was to flip the breaker switch..WRONG Johnny...even being a woman "I" know it was more than that..and I could have done THAT myself. I ended up having to go SIT in the office, telling Alma I was there to utilize THEIR AC since MINE is broke(a week later) and won't leave until MY AC is fixed. She called JEFF right away and SAID he'd fix EVERYTHING ELSE Johnny DIDN'T fix...WRONG ALMA..he DID fix the AC...which by the way needed a new MOTOR(and the AC went out LAST summer too)..wonder who's motor Johnny stole hahaha. My previous neighbor across from me, before moving out had a party and one of his "guests" came out, stood by MY patio and shot off his GUN. A couple weeks later down the drive around the corner, 4 shots were fired there. I had to call the police out one night because several black dudes were out in the drive messing around and woke me up. They were out there stealing a car. A couple of the guys drove off in the car just before the police came around the corner. As they drove around the corner the other 2 black guys took off running between two of the buildings. Had to call the police one other time because SOMEONE had some HORRIBLE alarm of some kind that would go off at different times of day and night and would buzz off and on for HOURS. It was waking me up on work nights AND weekends anywhere from 2am and keep buzzing off and on like they'd hit the snooz alarm and then it would go off every 3 mintues for HOURS. Even the policeman could hear it OUTSIDE but couldn't tell where it was coming from and agreed it was affecting quality of life. The office personnel would do NOTHING. There is ALWAYS TRASH all over the place. People come into the complex to dump THEIR trash in our dumpsters..again, the office personnel do NOTHING about it. Trasy guys just "hang out" out in the parking lots. I've seen bums out digging through the dumpsters also. I live in the BACK part of the complex and have TOLD the office personnel they only keep the FRONT of the complex done up for "curb appeal" while leaving the back to go to hell. I don't know about the woman saying her apartment is BEAUTIFUL..wood floors in the kitchen, mirrors on the dinning room wall etc. Don't know how SHE rated, I've NEVER seen an apartment in the complex that looked that good. The wall board is even rotting in this place. Oh but they ARE putting new siding up OUTSIDE(so far haven't even TOUCHED the BACK building). They refuse to do anything INSIDE the apartments. Office personnel, except for obviously Alma, seems to turn over regularly, don't know HOW many times it's changed in the 1 1/2 yrs I've been here. While I sat in the office waiting for the AC to be fixed in MY apt. MANY MANY people came through complaining about their stuff not being fixed for MONTHS and wanted it fixed..from clogged up toilets they've wated for weeks to be fixed, clogged kitchen sinks clogged for months while good ol' Johnny told them to just go outside and remove the cap from the pipe and let it drain to the grass..good ol' Johnny. To dish washers not working for months. You name it...Oh they'll come fix things quickly when you FIRST move in...but don't stay very long, it'll stop after 3 or 4 months. And finally...for now. I'll end this with this place for some reason is infested with GNATS IN the apartments, and I'm not the only one plagued with this. I don't know WHERE they're coming from but they're annoying as hell....won't do a damned bit of good to report it to the office...might get more mouse traps to catch them.
