The low price says everything

I moved into these apartments in June of 07' Its now August 07' and I'm breaking my lease. I was charged a fee of $600 $1450 as a concession fee. Concession fee? So I read my lease and sure enough a few pages into all the paperwork I recieved was a paper that stated, "You will be charged a concession fee for every month on your lease." It was $145 a month for 10 months, I was outraged but not willing to ruin my credit for making a dumb mistake. My mistake was moving into an apartment complex that allows families of 6 or more to move into a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, the Maintenance fixed nothing, the staff never seemed interested in helping out, residence would roam the parking lot at all hours of the night activating car alarms doing God knows what, and I'm pretty sure people were staying in the vacant apartment above me, when I mentioned it to the staff they did nothing. I went up top and sure enough it was vacant except for a bunch of trash, needles, and condoms.... Please don't make my mistake, take your time and move into apartments that take care of their residents and appreciate your patronage.
