I see the improvement!!!!!!! Finally!!!!!!!

I have been here for a little over a year now and we just got a new management company. I am starting to see some really great changes. Before the staff didnt really pay attention to the residents and just kinda pushed our requests to the side. This morning with all the ice, my steps were really slick and I almost fell. I was headed to the office to see if they were gonna do anything about it (didnt think they would but wouldnt hurt to ask right?).... and there were the new maintenance guys salting the sidewalks. They just hadnt made it to my building yet. The new company has only been here for about 2 weeks but I am definitely seeing progress. I know thats not much... but it just looks like they are starting to move into the right direction. The property is looking really nice. It's always clean now and I really like the new staff. The girls in the office have been here for a while and they are always nice when I come in to the office. And I always see the maintenance guys doing something... they're really hard workers. So I just wanted to say that I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It has been a bumpy ride... but its DEFINITELY getting SO MUCH BETTER!!!!
