looks nice but it's Getto Hill

I first moved in in Jan. and it looks nice from the outside, but my heater has never worked; my a/c broke in the middle of summer when it was 105 degrees outside and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. I had a guy living across from me told me he was a drug dealer, but he had to be the crapyist drug dealer alive because he was like 22 and living with his mom in a one bedroom apartment, and didn't even have his own car. The people are too loud, they play thier music lound with no respect for the other residents. I lived by the little pool and I have found servral times, used drug needles and bent spoons between the building and the pool. The larger one bedroom is the one I lived in, and it is 715 square feets including the balcony and storage room, which is a good size, but what I'm finding out it a lot of people with serveral young children are moving into these one bedrooms. Like some new people moved in under me, it's a couple with 4 small kids living there, so that makes 6 people living in an aprtment ment for 2. My roof leaks and they have never fixed it. The first time it leaked, water dripped on my tv and dvd player, ruining them, and when I asked if they where going to pay for it, they told me no, that it was my fault for not having renter's insurance. The only nice people are Alma and the skinny maintnace man. The skinny ----- from the office tried to crawl in through my kitchen window, and when my husband asked her what she was doing, she said she was just checking to see if anybody broke in. That was a load of crap, why would U brake in to see if someone else has broken in. This place is wouldn't be so bad if I was younger and liked to party and do drugs, but I don't, i'm an adult who wants a quite place to live so I can rise a good family, not Getto Hill. Oh and they have gates but most of time they don't work and this past winter they froze shut and nobody could get in or leave for 3 days.
