ever since we moved in&#44; we have had problems with things being broken and never fixed&#44; noisy neighbors who turn their radios up as loud as possible in the middle of the night&#44; and the horrible staff. Alma is an idiot. She doesn&#39;t care about your problems at all. Things were OK until different neighbors moved in. Making noise at all hours&#44; stomping around&#44; and DRUG USE! We have several months left in this hell hole&#44; and i am seriously thinking about breaking lease and dealing with the bad credit. Thats how bad it is! And as far as security&#44; you can forget about it. Since there is no guard or control on who comes in&#44; anyone can come inside and do anything they want. The maintenance men are horrible too. You can put in a request&#44; but it will never make it past the idiots up front. The only way to get anything done is to flag down the maintenance people. All in all&#44; DON&#39;T rent here.

This place is not worth the time or the headaches! I lived here for 9months and I regret ever renting here. crime is so over rated here. on my first night here my husband&#44; kids and I got robbed at gun point and I&#39;m still dealing with this nightmare. Not to mention cars get broken in often. Office manager Brandi is a total insensitive&#44; cold hearted&#44; stock up&#44; rude&#44; and a total jerk this girl looks down at the tenants like if they were trash and has not respect for them this come from a girl that lives in a trailer park how sad!!! If your need anything fix&#44; good luck because maintenance sucks on getting things fix and when they do they don&#39;t do it right the first time. During the time that was raining I called the office to let them know my roof was leaking to come and fix it before the problem got bigger sure enough it did the whole roof collapsed on my husbands head and it took them a whole 1wk 1/2 to fix not to mention that they never called me to ask if he was OK or if he need it anything. and make sure that you always park your car perfect because if you don&#39;t they will towed and you will have to pay $267 to get it back. I had too. Don&#39;t even think about asking Brandi &#34;office manager&#34; for help because she wont of course because the complex is in it for profit the more cars that get towed the more money they make how damn ridiculous!!! Sounds like a nightmare? It is a nightmare to live here!! Nobody likes Brandi.  Christina is one of the other person in the office she&#39;s nice I don&#39;t know what she&#39;s doing working there. trust me DON&#39;T RENT HERE!!!!!

OFFICE MANAGER IS A TOTAL JERK!!!!!

I moved into Sycamore Hill Apartments in December of 02&#44; at that time it was a nice quiet moderately priced&#44; $625 a month&#44;complex. Two years ago the owners sold to cnc Investments&#44; and the management was almost immediately replaced. Within weeks it was apparent that business as normal consisted of not taking care of anything unless a fire was lit under the Apartment managers feet&#44; and if there was a maintenance problem you had to stand&#44; and look over the maintenance man&#39;s shoulder&#44; or the problem would be patched at with scotch tape&#44; and bubble gum&#44; or whatever he could find lying around. The attitude by the managerconcerning maintenance problems&#44; and residents behavior seemed to be&#44; do whatever you want to do&#44; but dont be obvious&#44; and try not to get caught. As a result the property has run down to where everybody decent is leaving&#44; and many of the new residents are not the kind of neighbors law abiding people want as neighbors. The owner just finished having cheap cardboard looking siding with simulated woodgrain installed&#44; then had it painted the yellowish color of the surprise you frequently find in a babies diaper. The old manager is now gone&#44; and a new manager is onboard who promises to cull the deadwood&#44; and improve maintenance response&#44; but I&#39;ve seen these promises made before&#44; that were never kept&#44; so I am buying a house&#44; and will be moving out by the end of November or first of December. The attached picture is two years old&#44; and belies the current rundown look of the property. Some friendly advice to anyone thinking of moving to the SW side of Fort Worth; Take a good hard look at the property after December&#44; and be absolutely sure it is the kind of property you want to live on before signing a lease.

Sycamore Hill Apartment Slums

This place was nice when I moved here but it is fast becoming the slum it was apparently when it was Sycamore Hill. Pass this by if you value your car, belongings and sleep. Moving when lease it up! And neighbor has had a mattress outside his apartment that he has set his fire alarm off in  5 times in the last month. I smell the smoke in my apartment, he just opens the door and lets it air out, that is not normal folks. Mine has not gone off once since I have been here because I am not trying to burn down the building. When is my lease up???
