I've never lived at a community like Sovereign at Preston Road. I haven't lived in an apartment in 11 years so going back to one seemed very hard. Their apartments are beautiful and just feel like you are in a home rather than an apartment. Then there is the outside that just gives you so much beauty with their landscaping. I go for walks daily and just love looking at all the greenery, it gives you such a sense of being in nature. It's hard to explain until you see it for yourself. It's a beautiful community and the staff and residents have been wonderful!

Th entire office staff is professional and always answers questions. I have dealt with Autumn more and she is excellent. Taylor strives to meet all your needs. Again the entire staff is the reason I’ll renew over and over again.

The community is keep up very well and the Maintenance staff is always willing to help, and very friendly. The Managment staff always goes above and beyond to address your concerns. Im glad I made the choice to sign my third lease!

Everything is Wonderful, I just didn’t have a Good move-in experience. There was no welcome gift and I just felt not welcomed at all I understand they were busy and the manager was trying to catch a flight but they let me hear them discuss who was going to assist me. I’ve talk to other residents and they had just the opposite experience.

We have just moved in but it seems like a nice apartment complex. The ground crew does a wonderful job and I see them working diligently to keep the place looking nice. The complex serves our purpose and I would recommend to anyone needing to rent in this part of town.

Wonderful, couldnt ask for a better place to live, Autumn is the bomb, so helpful and nice. I would recommend theses apts if your looking for a great place to live. Pool is amazing, get togethers great

Sovereign at Preston road is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle yet close to many restaurants and shopping. Our leasing agent kept us informed and up to date on the process of leasing. The office staff are friendly & helpful and great you with a smile!

The apartments are conveniently located, Plenty of parking,nice and clean. Office staff friendly and approachable. Beautiful pool. Dog and car wash very convenient. Gym is nice and has plenty of equipment. The events held are a very fun time.

We like these apartments. We don't like noise above us. The complex seems to be safe. The appearance of the complex beautiful.. all the plants and trees and flowers are beautiful. The appearance is always neat and clean.

This property is unbelievably amazing!!! The office managers, staff and community manager are AWESOME to work with. The coffee here is the BEST and the over-all beautification of the grounds is unlike any other I have ever seen. You should move here! This place also has the friendliest community of residents. I love living here. A special shout-out to Taylor DeLeon (Community Manager) Autumn Thompson (my lease consultant) and Horacio, (Assistant Manager) Justin (leasing consultant) ALL AWESOME to work with, super professional, positive and always wear a smile.

Sovereign at Preston is a well-maintained community and I appreciate management's quick response to maintenance issues. There is no play area for children, so they tend to play in the parking lots around cars. Also, there is no covered parking other than garages.

Rent seems a little expensive (I am a single mom with no child support so rent kills me) but for apartment life it is pretty swell. The community is non smoking which is not very convenient for a smoker and wish there were more gated "bark parks" on the property but other than that we love it.

There are many rules and regulations here that most complexes don't require, but I appreciate that. I am glad that I live somewhere that if there is am issue there will be an email that goes out to all residents as a reminder of what the rule are in order to be a resident here. Overall I am pleased.
