So far so good except we are having problems with bugs. Maintenance team is awesome. Valet trash service is money well spent. The community is a nice place to be and the location is great! I do not like the cleanliness of the hallways and the doors are always broken

Maintenance is very responsive. The office people are very nice. The location is great. Only issue is that sometimes pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. It quiet most of the time. Big apartments.

Requests for service are answered very promptly. The work staff are very attentive, respectful and polite. Rafael in particular is someone who really has that personal touch with the tenants. I wish there was more attention to the cleanliness of the floors in the hallways. Tenants often leave dog poop for others to clean up but it sometimes remains in the hallway for days.

I find the common areas to be relatively dirty and not kept up. They did paint the walls in my building, but the carpet in the hallways is really gross. The weight room gets pretty dirty and they run out of sterile wipes. The pool is quite a difficult place to bring my two kids as there is a lot of partying, drinking, drunk people, parties that include many non-residents, and a lot of pot smoking. It makes for a very bad experience and the complex NEVER polices it. The trash shoots are ALWAYS disgusting and there's usually trash throughout the hallways. We pay for security and yet our parking garage security doors haven't worked and have been open for well north of three months with little to no communication about when they'll actually take care of it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We're in building 3 and it is quiet here. We enjoy it because there are no annoying dogs, and we can barely hear any of our neighbors. When we walk our dog, the other owners have good control over their dogs and it is a pleasant walking experience.

I really love the location and the apartments, but I've noticed a recurring issue with dog poop in the halls and Outside on the grass and there is a strong smell of dog urine coming into the apartments. This situation has made it difficult to enjoy living here, especially with a toddler who is just learning to walk. It's challenging to let her explore freely by my side due to sanitation concerns.

This is my fourth apartment complex I have lived in the DFW area. I like the location, but overall the complex always has issues whether it's gates or the garage or trash. I continue to renew my lease only because of the inconvenience of moving and I like the location

Welcoming and caring community.I really appreciate the administration and leasing officers.Maintainance staff is very skillful and respectful.Worthy to mention is India Lewis who has been always so helpful and kind.Only one request has to be made regarding the disposal of waste of pets.The adm8n must ensure that all rules must be followed regarding.This complex has an amazingly beautiful environment.

Critical Alert: Avoid My Leasing Nightmare
**Before you sign a lease, heed this warning. Since October 2023, I've been paying for an apartment I havenāt lived in, struggling with deceptive practices and poor management. My experience serves as a crucial lesson to avoid similar financial and emotional distress. Protect yourself and ensure your peace of mind.** In late September 2023, I urgently relocated from out of town to the Frisco, TX area. On September 28, 2023, I signed a lease for an apartment at MAA Frisco Bridges, relying on a pre-recorded video tour and verbal assurances from MAA representatives that the unit would be move-in ready by the lease start date of October 2, 2023. Due to the urgency of my move, I did not physically view the unit before signing the lease. Upon arriving on October 2, 2023, I conducted a walkthrough with members of the MAA leasing team. To my dismay, the apartment was in an unacceptable condition: filthy, clearly not cleaned after the previous tenant's departure, and showing signs of neglect, including black mold and nauseating odors. Very much NOT a smoke-free community
I am sitting here on my couch smelling the cigarette smoke from the unit below me and the apartment complex cannot do anything to tighten up my unitā¦said that they have contacted the people beneath me but clearly they are not getting the message. The office should start issuing fines for every offense. The neighbors have a huge balcony to go out on to smoke but instead their bad habit is filtrating into my unit, causing me headaches and making me nauseous. I cannot even enjoy my apartment! My stuff is going start smelling like cigarette smoke after a while, I am sure.

Warning: Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Conditions at MAA Frisco
My recent experience with Mid-America Apartments (MAA) in Frisco, Texas, has been highly disappointing. I feel itās important to share my story to help others make informed decisions when considering this property. Background: I recently relocated from Houston to the DFW Metroplex and signed a lease with MAA. Due to the urgency of my move, I signed the lease without physically viewing the apartment, relying on a video tour provided by MAA. The video, along with assurances from the leasing team, led me to believe that the unit would be move-in ready. I ended my lease early in Houston, planning to move directly into the new apartment to avoid multiple moves and storage costs. Key Issues: 1. Misrepresentation of Unit Condition: The video and promises from MAA suggested that the apartment was in excellent condition. However, upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned and was in disrepair, which contradicted what was shown in the video. 2. Failure to Provide a Move-In Ready Unit: Despite repeated assurances from the leasing team, the apartment was not ready on the agreed-upon move-in date. Maintenance service is immediate and they are knowledgeable. Noisy if you are on the poolside, often I see the doors kept open with stones, I have seen dog poop in the corridor on a couple of occasions that was also left uncleaned for a few days. Contract renewal is not good as I am paying at least $250 more compared to the same type & size apartment after renewal.

The office staff is great but management is extremely poor because there has been smeared dog? Poop on the floor of my hallway for 2 weeks. Doors and gates to garage in phase 3 are rarely locked. Security is EXTREMELY POOR. That is not what I agreed to pay for. I demand a 100 USD discount on my rent. I was charged extra n my monthly rent this past mo. ZERO idea why????

I enjoy the overall look of the community but often my hallway is messy and the garage is also. My apartment is aging so issues with freezer and dishwasher. The rent keeps rising, but nothing new to add value.

While the apartment does offer more modern amenities and is in a nice location, the amount of trash and waste that residents leave around the complex is truly disappointing and gross. Not only does this stink, but insects and roaches can be seen frequently. There are daily instances of dog waste in hallways and elevators. There are also problems with security. Many gates are often propped open with rocks, defeating their entire purpose.

The community is in a great location near main highways, shopping, dining, sports complex, and entertainment. The staff is also actively engaged with residents regarding social events. Exterior grounds are well maintained. The interior of the property could benefit from some updating and replacement of flooring and access doors in some of the common areas. Maybe the one negative is the lack of responsibility of some pet owners with leaving behind "accidents" by their pets which occurs both indoors and outdoors.

It is an ok place to live. Maintenance is a bit slow on repairs. The garage could use a cleaning. Tenants are not held accountable for putting out trash on non pick up days. People violate the garage access by waiting to follow tenants into the garage.

Not good. Price goes up every year. 100% moving out when lease is up. Still haven't received my new key fob. Trash service is inconsistent. Elevators are always down. Garage doors to parking garage are always broke.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC - This place has gone downhill so quickly in the past 8 months. Burglaries and vandalism are rampant. Drug dealers are allowed to run a thriving business on premises and the office mgmt. does nothing to prevent crime or reassure residents that they are working on the issues. They are too busy being on their cell phones and the mgr. is pre-occupied with having a baby - totally checked out. In the meantime - there is trash EVERYWHERE - in the hallways, in the garage & the elevators are filthy (when they actually work). It's as if housekeeping & maintenance does not exist anymore.
