My car was towed without warning and it was a struggle to get information just to figure out what happened. I thought my car had been stolen bc it had been parked in the garage. Spent $300 to get it back and never received any sort of apology or attempt to rectify. I'm sure other people complained bc only now emails are sent out with information about towing. I received a call after I got my car back letting me know that it was in fact towed. If it was known that it was my car why was it towed? It's a money grab and a terrible business practice. Blinds are cheap and broken and had to be repaired and while I am thankful that they were able to be fixed by Samir they are clearly crooked and I'm sure I'll be blamed for that when I move out. I was told they don't make the corded blinds anymore which to me means that they're obsolete. So MAA will keep the broken/cheap/repaired blinds in until they break and charge whatever resident has the misfortune of holding the lease at the time. Once again a money grab and that regional property manager Lana is rude.
