Just moved in, and experience has been top-notch, with specific props to Christie, Kyle, and Bernardo for fielding all my questions and maintenance concerns quickly, courteously, and competently. Community itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Can't ask for anything more.

I have lived at the plaza for quite a while now and I think it is better than ever. I love the new management company and the office staff is so great! They always offer to bring packages to my apartment and are always so responsive to any needs I have. The maintenance staff is always quick and courteous with any repairs and there are always improvements being made to the facility. Very happy to call the plaza at frisco square home.

We have lived here for almost two years, and things have changed a lot. Our first year was wonderful, managed by a great group. Unfortunately that changed. Around spring of 2014, management changed to Portico instead of Behringer Harvard, and the people they brought were TERRIBLE. We were charged double rent one month, and all we could get to resolve the issue was an "oops" and "you'll have to get with your bak to fix that"... excuse me? You can't even reimburse me for the overdraft I incurred because of YOUR mistake? What financial fun we had that month. They also had issues with billing in general with regards to adding the correct amount of utilities, and every tenant who paid rent online received rent due notices for charges that weren't showing up when accounts were auto-drafted. This issue did not arise for people who paid by physical check. Instead of politely informing residents, the management group placed the notices on our doors for all to see and in our resident files indicating we were not current on payments! Staff is Great! Did I mention the staff is GREAT. They are very nice and friendly. The area is fantastic. I can't wait to move in. Prettiest apartments ive seen in a while! and trust me I have been looking!

I moved into the Plaza at Frisco Square 3 months ago and it is great, I couldn't be happier! The property is always being maintained and improved, the quality of theapartment and common areas are wonderful, and the management staff is the best! very helpful.. I am so glad I decided to live here!

I have lived here for six months now and I am loving it. Great apartment with and a very upscale feel. Love the shops below me and management has always been very helpful and polite. They even bring my packages when they can. Would totally recommend this place.

I have lived on the plaza apartment for 7 month and today My car window vandalized in rear back some one hit it hard on purpose and they did not live any notice it's $70000. Luxury car also The did puncture the tow rear tire on the side wall of my car three days ago. I end up pay $600 for the 2 tire I am very shore its attention vandalism behavior it's not the first time happens at the plaza apartment another neighbor he has his BMW had his car hit on the passenger side at plaza parking lot apartment, also new Lexus been damaged at their parking lot. @Watch Out. Please read review before signing the lease at the plaza apartment very bad choice!!! management they just do not care! Now I am very concerned about the safety of both myself and my property. When I spoke with the management, they claimed they are not usually notified when these situations arise. They did not seem to be compelled to help or show much concern. OH MY GOSH!!! The most unbelievable apartments and staff! The apartments are huge and the location is like being on a permanent vacation. I have absolutely fallen in love with the staff. I feel like the day I started calling The Plaza was the day I started some lifelong friendships. I love calling the office and if you need anything at all they are on it before you hang up the phone. They literally bend over backwards for their residents. Luckiest people in the world to have found Frisco Plaza! Lori

I have to say that Living 4 leases at the Plaza at Frisco Square has been the most Horrific and scary living situation my entire life. I was attacked in the elevator and the office didnt do anything about it. I had my 70k BMW tampered with and had to move it and then had to move it to a storage for cars to avoid anymore harassment from residents and Property management. I finally moved my dog in and paid $500 for deposits and neighbor and manager had something against me and were rude and threatening and cursed me out because they didnt want to answer all my questions. The amenities were always stolen in the weigh room and bathrooms were always dirty and never stocked properly. the doors to the lobby didnt even need a code half the time and would just open on their own for anyone to come in (not very safe feeling). I received harassing noise complaints on a small dog in the middle of the day and eventually caught my neighbor knocking on my door and running away to create the dog bark. I moved into The Plaza in late August and I am so happy to be here. I have been in the apartment industry for 10 years so I am very picky. This place has exceeded my expectations. Brad and Jessica are very friendly and helpful and always address my concerns or needs immediately. The maintenance staff is incredible and very helpful. I have met several of my neighbors and everyone is super friendly. The location is awesome! I can walk to the library, theater, restaurants and more... Parking rocks because its gated and covered and I always have a spot. I had two daughters and they love the fireworks during the FC Dallas home games. Not too mention Christmas and Fourth of July here are amazing. The price for my floor plan was incredible and well worth it. The layout is great...I get lots of big windows, the ceilings are high so I don't feel cramped, nice angles and upgrades etc...I will most definitely renew here until I decide to buy a home. Very happy!

The ambiance of downtown Frisco is what brought our family to Frisco square but it was the staff(Jessica and Brad) who made us feel at home. They are true "professionals" who really let you know they are there to help. They are very responsive and prioritize the residents above all else. A wonderful place to live with thick concrete walls to eliminate noise, and great people to help with your needs. This is the first review I've EVER written. I am only writing this in hope that it helps someone avoid a place they soon regret after move in. The Plaza at Frisco Square is a genuine 5 star establishment. Andrew W.

My husband and I moved to The Plaza at Frisco Square 8-27-12. We moved from a 4 bedroom home to a one bedroom apt. We were not sure about what to expect. From the moment we walked in to see what an apartment would be like, it felt right. Jessica was our leasing consultant. She was exceptionally professional and very down to earth at the same time. The community spoke for itself. It's so clean and pretty. It has an immediate at home feeling, yet also simmular to a five star hotel. Once we moved in, the few things that needed attention were taken care of by the maintnance staff immediately. Not one time did I have to ask twice. Robert, the manager of the property was very hands on with any request or attention. He made sure and followed through with all concerns, and is very helpful. The staff as a whole is exceptional!
