I&apos;m very happy living at the plaza at Frisco square. They really do everything in their power to make the residents happy. While there was construction they offered complimentary valet and now tht it is complete I&apos;m so happy to have my reserved parking spot. Its very comforting to know that anything that comes up will be handled with professionalism and with the residents happiness in mind.

I have lived on the plaza apartment  for 7 month and today  My car window vandalized in rear back some one hit it hard on purpose and they did not live any notice it&apos;s $70000. Luxury car also The did puncture the tow rear tire on the side wall of my car three days ago.
I end up pay $600 for the 2 tire I am very shore its attention vandalism behavior it&apos;s not the first time happens at the plaza apartment another neighbor he has his BMW had his car hit on the passenger side at plaza parking lot apartment, also new Lexus been damaged at their parking lot.

management they just do not care!  Now I am very concerned about the safety of both myself and my property. When I spoke with the management, they claimed they are not usually notified when these situations arise. They did not seem to be compelled to help or show much concern. What are their responsibilities when it comes to protecting tenants and their property from vandalism? there is some tenant  terminate their lease because of  crime area and unsafe conditions? We found out too many report been field with FPD for vandalism at The Plaza Apartment 

The repairs repair costs have been quite expensive and Im concerned if this could happen again.
