They need to work on the trash pick also repair the holes in the apartment parking and the enter in the parking and in the apartment there's rars on the roof of the apartment and wild cats running around

Very loud intersection. No dishwashers or W/D connections. Almost no amenities. Too much foot traffic and "gated community" is BS. When gates are propped open with rocks, etc. allows homeless access to property.

During my 4 years living here, management has changed 4 times! This has caused numerous problems/issues to go unfixed, while Rent was constantly increased. The new management company (Tipton Group) has shown they care about the residents and the complex.

This is a quiet community, and I haven't had issues with neighbors. Noise from the street is noticeable but doesn't bother me. I've enjoyed living here for the most part, but the building is older and could use some updates. For the price, it's a decent value.

Management and the office staff are professional and very understanding. The only thing is there are a lot of potholes and some of the parking spots lines are hard to see. This community is otherwise a great place

This is not a secure environment for living.Current ownership has failed to secure residential entrance. Unknown individuals have trespassed. Several criminal incidents have occurred! Contact with Garland PD can confirm. Many residents are concerned but still remains unsecured as today.

Great for a single parent or elderly. Many schools within 5 miles though shopping is a bit of a hassle if you don't have a vehicle but overall a great place. Pool is always clean and wonderful activities for the elderly

Well to begin the apartment was priced reasonably. The staff was awesome and did all they could do to help with the process.Lashondra the rental associate was amazing..i would absolutely recommend this apartments..

I came to visit the property because I am looking for a new place to live. The apartments are very nice. The manager was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was already at home. I wish my current manager was like her then maybe I wouldn’t be looking to leave.

The property is very nice. The manger and staff is very sweet. The manager is is doing the best she can. The property was very clean and well kept! I highly recommend moving here. 10/10. You will love it here ??????

We have changed managers 12 or 13 times. The manager now is rude,unfriendly,and acts as though she is better than the residents. I am looking for another apt when my lease is up. Respect doesn't cost much

Its been ok but I feel like my rent situation has been unfair for the most part. Started off at 1295 then get jumped up to 1370 with no explanation, Water and Sewage bill added before that then Rental insurance even though I still pay with no complaints and granted I've always made it aware even before I signed my lease that I only get one income and I'm paying as I go cuz I do everything on one income and granted I know I do be late but like I said I still pay with no complaints I just feel like sometimes I just with my situation I should feel like I give a little bit of Grace especially with all those charges adding up it's a lot
