I've been here for almost 2 years and I have seen a lot of good changes some bad but they get resolved fairly decently, the maintenance staff is always on point when unit comes to fixing stuff though.

--- My experience living at this property has been nothing short of terrible. Management, specifically Hailey and Chris, do nothing to address resident concerns, and their lack of action is tanking this property. The constant turnover of leasing agents and maintenance staff?none of whom seem to stay longer than three months?only adds to the chaos and neglect. The property reeks of marijuana, and a cricket infestation has been ignored for far too long. Hallways and elevators are filthy and poorly maintained, and trash is left sitting out for days, leading to foul odors and cockroach infestations. Parking is extremely limited, and aggressive towing costs residents upwards of $300. Dog waste is scattered across the entire property, and the area around the dumpsters is constantly overflowing with trash, creating unbearable and unsanitary living conditions. I strongly advise against moving here. Hailey and Chris's inability to manage this property has made living here a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration?read these reviews carefully and reconsider. ---

Door poop everywhere. And i never get my repair order done for more than 2weeks. Its quiet . Everyone minding their businesses . Lights on. The leasing office reps are nice and welcoming always ready to assist but the only issue i have is the dog poop and my repair request not attended to

Very nice, clean and new place and people work there are very helpful and approachable and more new facility to enjoy like the swimming pool very nice especially for family outing outside and you can grill also while hanging outside with your family and friends

My experience here at woodlands has been but amazing. I've been here almost 2yrs and I literally can't complain. The office manager Hailey is so sweet and very understanding, if there's a problem Hailey try's to fix it and if she can't she compensates you.The maintenance team is also wonderful!! I honestly have had any problems literally NONE!!!!

Haley was extremely knowledgeable about the property and leasing process. I had very few questions about the property because she gave me such an informative tour but the questions I did have she answered them with ease. This property is currently in my top 2 choices of possible complexes I will move to in July.

The apartment complex is beautiful and clean. Love and appreciate all the updates to make a beautiful living at Woodlands at the Preserve Apt. The staffs work promptly as expected. Please add the Reserve signs at the EV charging parking spot, since there are only 2 EV charge stations.

Overall happy with the move in experience. The community is clean, well taken care, of and spacious. The amenities are great too. Happy with the ability to bring my dog, since she is like family here. The front office staff was helpful coordinating move in quickly.

Have had a good time at the community so far. Apart from the parking issues for public parking, everything has been smooth. Maintenance has been a stand out feature so far. Things are addressed within a day or two at most.

My experience was fast and efficient but because of that I was not informed certain aspects about parking nor the location of my new unit. And resulted in my vehicle being towed. And management disregarded me and what i had to say as if they did not make a mistake but did. I was not informed about garages nor carports prices or anything I thought garages was with certain units.

We needed to move in very quickly and Genevieve made it happen for us; very professional, courteous, with a sense of urgency (even followed up with us on her day off). So far everything handled like clockwork; couple of maintenance issues upon move-in resolved correctly and promptly. Have only been here a week but so far has exceeded expectations. Only issue is soundproofing between 2nd and 3rd floor (not any fault of Mgmt team) -- we're on 2nd floor, can hear noise above us.

I enjoy where I live however I wish the property would power steam the hallways in the stairwells. As much as we pay in rent our halls and stairwells should look as nice. Thank you for repairing the door to the stairwell. That has been broken as long as I have lived here.

Convenient location, friendly and responsive staffs. It's a bit noise throughout the day and night though because the apartment is close to the main road. Other than that, we are happy with our current stay

I love these apartments!! Haley worked with me and my budget but yet still found me a great place for me and my son!! The layouts are gorgeous and everything was move in ready and spotless once I arrived! There always answering the phones and responding to emails ASAP. The maintenance man Milten is also super nice and knows what he's doing! Thanks to Haley and the staff my move in was so easy! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great apartment building. Very quiet and close to many markets and shopping centers. Parking can be challenging at times and the upkeep of the exterior part of the building is beautiful. Some work can be done in the hallways.(ex. broken door, stained walkways). Other than that, Its an exceptional beautiful community.

The neighbors of the apartment above are unbearable, they make noise all the time in the morning, at night and in the early morning, on three occasions they entered the apartment through the balcony area and nothing was ever resolved and the garbage service is horrible they always leave us garbage uncollected.

Love it, whole community is great would recommend anyone who is looking for a new place to highly reconsider this apartment. Management is great maintenance responds in a fast and timely manner I have nothing to complain about
