[Incentivized Review] Cross Timbers is a wonderful place to live with a great community and very good management, they have a great pool and dog park that is very suitable for any pets. The rates are the best you would find in the greenville area for sure

Again office staff is very unorganized y'all raised my rent almost $150 with fees/utilities included. 1,700 for a two bedroom again in GREENVILLE, tx is absurd but yall could do that because at the time you were the only "luxury" apartment complex available. Too many people with dogs live in my building their dogs bark all day and all night not to mention they never pick up their poop. Warnings are always sent out but y'all never fine them. Parking here sucks again being who have a sticker can stay in the complex for days in and no tolling comes. Plus the gate is always broken which is a security hazard as well.

Decent place to live with a convenient location. Maintenance is usually helpful and the property is generally clean, but parking and noise depend on where your unit is. Management communication is okay

So far it's been one of the worst places I've ever lived. Management just can't seem to get it right. Whether it is a maintenance issue or a safety issue or negligence on their part I wish I could move away if I could afford it

The apartment complex has recently been taken over by new management and seems to be operating much better with quicker response times to service concerns. The leasing staff has also been much more informed as to their responsibilities and procedures.

Overall it's a great place. The apartments are nice, management is nice. I think the rent is high but overall it is still a great place that I would recommend to others to live in. Only bad this is sometimes they take a while to fix problems. My AC was broken from the day I moved in and for months. My $100 electric bill was ranging from $300-$600. In three months I paid $1300 in electric and the apartment only gave me $500 off rent over the course of all those months Together. BUT aside from that one issue and the rent being high, I do enjoy this place

i am staying in this apartment for more than a year now, it is near to my workplace and that is also one of the reasons why i keep on staying here. the community is quiet, safe and pet friendly , but i had one experience of being chased by unleashed dogs, which was reported and the staff responded immediately.
