Nice People
I really enjoy it here. My husband is military and is deployed right now, but I chose to stay here because the staff, maintenance, and residents are so nice, and I feel safe. I go to the pool and I don´t ever think it looks dirty, I think it looks nice. I will continue to live here until we have to leave Ft. Hood. I think it´s great!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
I have lived here for 10 yrs and a few years ago this place was going down hill. Just in the last 2 years things have improved tremendously. The parking policy for visitors was something that needed to be changed long ago. All you have to do is inform your friends of the policy so they can let you know in advance that they may be stopping by and then get a visitor parking pass to keep on hand for suprise visits. I have to say that no longer allowing pets is the best change of all! I can walk around the property and not smell the stinch of the dog poop that wasn´t cleaned up by the pet owner and let me tell you it was bad. I don´t get a nasty little suprise on my shoes when I walk on the grass to the grill either. Good call on the Management!!! The maintenance crew do a great job, and are very quick to respond to the work orders. Personally I see them clean the pool every morning of the work week. I love the bigs trees, you don´t see to many of them around here. I had friends at… See More>Cptbutterfly

When we first found these apartments, we thought they were wonderful. They looked beautiful from the outside. After living here for awhile we realized that it was all just a fascade. The first problem we came across was the constant change in rules. When we moved in here, pets were allowed, then 3 months after living here, they changed that policy (which was the main reason we decided on this place). The second change they made was they stopped paying for the water. When it was time to renew the contract, they raised the price per month by $30. Then they changed the parking policy, which now makes it virtually impossible for visitors to come over after office hours because you can´t get a pass for them. (Who has visitors during the day, this inconvenienced all of the residents.) These were all just minor things, the big deal buster was the up keep of the pool. The pool seems to look very nice on the pictures on the websites, but what they don´t tell you is that the pool is rarely cleaned. And since there are many mature trees… See More>lollipop

My biggest problem is the Parking policy. There is rarely any decent parking and while there is visitor parking its a unrealistic distance, and now that they have changed the parking policy its impossible to have any visitors at all. Not to mention the towing policy, the contract company have rude and unethical practices. I can´t really complain about the pool, just alittle crowded at times. The apartments are overpriced, and the interior paint jobs are just sad. They have layers and layers with lumps all over them.
