I really liked the apartments at first. The staff seemed so on top of everything, the apartments appeared great. After I signed my lease I was given keys to my apartment I did the walk through sighted a few problems, aked for work orders and still to this very day have not had them fixed. I live on the bottom level and my neighbors upstairs are evil night owls with no respect for the people under them or next to them. I have written a formal complant and still nothing has been done. I call the front office and there is never answer no matter how early I call. I leave a message and my call is never returned. They seem so friendly and great when you're looking at getting an apartment but after you get it they want nothing to do with you...well except for your money. The apartments are over priced on top of the bad staff and the walls are so paper thin that you can hear all three neighbors at any given time, the traffic from the roads and every not to metion the tow trucks that are free to come and sweep cars up at any hour of the day or night blocking the only exit/entrance to your side of the complex. Trash blows all over the place and will stay there for days even a complete week! Someone even stole my stickers to get on post! Its just such an unpleasant place to live period...The apartments are cute though.
