New to the neighborhood

I recently moved in and I'm enjoying my space. I have a spacious one bedroom, with ample closet space, it's close to my job and some good places to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to using the dog wash station. This would be my first summer so I'm looking forward to relaxing by the pool.
