Please take this review in consideration when making your decision to move in to this community. The manager Anabell De La Fuente is an unethical property manager. My dog was a victim of an attack on property and instead of her delegating her responsibility to investigate the incident in depth , she took it upon herself to call me immediately requesting possession of the dwelling within 24 hours (which is illegal). When she realized my profession and my knowledge of fair housing laws, she resorted to hire an attorney to place fear on me. I received a 3 day notice from the legal counsel and removed myself from the premises. However, her illegal behavior will be shared to the entire internet to expose her. Her attorney tried to silence me with a bogus agreement which I will escalate to higher courts. If you are a person of color, I recommend that you document any interaction between the leasing office and yourself. This individual will try to intimate you with her authority not knowing there are proper procedures to obey by before taking action. Arnold is Awesome

My washing machine is turning off in the middle of cycles. I had one tech come out twice, but the issue would not happen. As soon as he left, it did it again. I called back and Brian told me the Maintenance Manager would come by. Arnold came in calm, collected, patient, and ready to help. We got the opportunity to just chat while the washing machine was running. The cycle started at 45 minutes. It did not turn off until it hit 25 minutes. I was so thankful for her patience because if he had not waited, he would not have seen it happen. Arnold let me know he is going to get a replacement out to me within a week or so. He let me know that he will keep me updated. I enjoyed having him in my unit and I'm so thankful to him for the patience to find & see the issue.

Quick Service

I needed a couple of things done in the restroom like a leaky faucet and toilet. Raymundo came to fix the items. He performed the maintenance quickly and correctly. I appreciated the quick service from him and the IMT team.

Trash!!

These are by far the worst apartments i have ever encountered in my life!!!!!!Water is off every other day.The Ac never works. They don't ever fix anything on time. Just raggedy!!! Everything is falling apart. Do not move here!! I am warning you!! The only person in the office that is nice and helpful is Jennifer!!! The short manager is useless and rude!!

Standard but nothing to write home about

Location and apartment size is probably the best thing about living here. Otherwise its pretty meh. Roaches will be seen no matter how many times they come to spray. Mold on the walls was covered by paint until a more recent request where they seemed to wipe them clean with a bleach smelling substance. However whoever did it left a DIRTY WET RAG ON MY BEDROOM FLOOR. Disgusting to say the least.

Horrible experience.

Good Afternoon. My experience living in this apartment has been utterly disappointing. From the mold on the walls and them being painted over by maintenance , This is how people GET SICK , to the water being shut off almost THE WHOLE DAY EVERY OTHER WEEK claiming a “pipe burst”. The property manager answer to pipe burst is “Its an old building” . People are continuously moving in and out of Chimney Rock apartments from the causes of CONTINUOUS inconveniences . They have fleas in the grass, Dumpsters around the areas that are mostly overflowed.. Talk about appearance. Office having to send 3-5 emails delaying the time the water is supposed to turn back on, Its simply horrible. I do NOT advise anyone to live in these apartments especially not building 1. Drunk tenants up all night listening to loud music and partying coming up to peoples door upset about puppies barking! Units reeking of Marijuana with kids living here . ------. The towing company Towing cars for money and not having valid reasons. The company is EXTREMELY FRUGAL. Please for your sake. Move somewhere worth spending money month to month on. “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”!

Mauricio is efficient and professional staff. The quality of work his work is top-notch; he fix problems thoroughly and ensure it don't recur. Unsatisfactory Maintenance Work

I’ve lived here for 3 years and for the most part, the complex is tolerable, especially considering the price. However, maintenance work is performed carelessly. For just one example, dishwasher has been leaking whenever it’s used for MONTHS. I’ve filed multiple requests and the issue has been “fixed” multiple times, but it never actually has. The dishwasher was “fixed” again for the 3rd or 4th earlier this week, but it leaked again and almost flooded the whole kitchen. Literally I walked into the kitchen to my entire floor and all my mats being soaking wet, so that was a nightmare to deal with. Also, a panel on the ceiling in my bathroom was falling open and that was promptly fixed. However, apparently the panel was connected to the AC system, and the work done caused a disgusting backup in my shower drain. The stuff that came out into my shower literally looked like human waste or vomit but I was informed that it was just the inside of the plumbing/AC unit. We love our 8 years here and sticking around for more.

Everyone has made us feel welcome and comfortable. The decision to upgrade to a bigger unit after 7 years was the best one for MULTIPLE reasons. Now my brother and I are about to enter year #9! We love the location, view, parking and security. My Son has been here since an infant and is happy to call this home. Everyone has been kind and helpful from the staff (Jennifer/Brittany) to the maintenance (Bryan/Marco).. Marco keeps our home in good shape. When my car was in the shop and I didn't use uber.. I discovered how convenient it was to walk to nearby places and get to the bus stop very close to the complex.

Croud at night

People are shouting and playig music at night , can not sleep well night , Croud and robery everytime.There is no security feeling unsafe and even report to office they dont care so dont recommend this apartment

Whenever we receive such complaints, we immediately enforce the rules and speak to the resident responsible to correct the problem. We do not allow loitering or obnoxious behavior in our community. I also want to assure you that we take every precaution to prevent crime from happening in our community. Our community has access gates throughout, and after 7 pm, all access gates are closed, with the only entry and exit through our 24-hour guard attendant and resident entry. In addition to our 24-hour gate attendant, we have an additional guard who patrols the community. Please contact our office so that we may discuss your situation and address it accordingly. She was attentive and showed a genuine interest in helping as much as she could, including recommending electric and Wi-Fi services. Great team.

I have been living here going on my second year. I always recommend these apartments to my friends the maintenance is very friendly and they are always helpful. I had my AC go out in the middle of the night and they sent someone that same night and my AC was fixed in less than 12 hours. The pool is always open closes just for cleaning. The team in the front is always attentive and always answering my phone calls I’ve never had a problem with them. The mail room is nice new and upgraded. I always recommend.
