Horrible experience.

Good Afternoon. My experience living in this apartment has been utterly disappointing. From the mold on the walls and them being painted over by maintenance , This is how people GET SICK , to the water being shut off almost THE WHOLE DAY EVERY OTHER WEEK claiming a “pipe burst”. The property manager answer to pipe burst is “Its an old building” . People are continuously moving in and out of Chimney Rock apartments from the causes of CONTINUOUS inconveniences . They have fleas in the grass, Dumpsters around the areas that are mostly overflowed.. Talk about appearance. Office having to send 3-5 emails delaying the time the water is supposed to turn back on, Its simply horrible. I do NOT advise anyone to live in these apartments especially not building 1. Drunk tenants up all night listening to loud music and partying coming up to peoples door upset about puppies barking! Units reeking of Marijuana with kids living here . ------. The towing company Towing cars for money and not having valid reasons. The company is EXTREMELY FRUGAL. Please for your sake. Move somewhere worth spending money month to month on. “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”!

Our maintenance team is working diligently to repair any damages and restore full functionality to the water supply as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We also acknowledge the presence of fleas in the lawn and understand the importance of pest control in maintaining a comfortable living environment. We have taken note of your concerns and will schedule pest control services to address this issue promptly. Furthermore, we want to emphasize our commitment to enforcing parking regulations in our community. All vehicles must be registered through the onsitetowing.com website with property code 5401 to avoid towing. This ensures fair access to parking for all residents. Regarding mold concerns, we take the health and safety of our residents very seriously. As stated in the lease contract, any moisture buildup or mold issues must be reported promptly so that we can take appropriate action to address them. Please notify our office immediately if you encounter any mold-related issues in your unit. Lastly, we want to remind residents that we have strict rules against loitering, loud music, and disruptive behavior within the community. If you witness any violations of these rules, please report them to our office or contact our courtesy officer line at 713-661-3790, option 4, so that we can address the situation promptly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to resolve these issues and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for all residents.
